this is HALARIOUS! HAD to share
 

I am cracking up at Madison this morning! she has been trying to 'bury' one of her bully sticks. she is carrying it in her mouth. ( she looks like humphrey bogart in casa blanca) I call her bogie when she does this.

anyways she's been up on my bed trying to bury it under sheets, blankets pillows, jumps down, been in my closet, under the bed, in her crate, on the loveseat, all these places. AT each place, She makes the digging motion with her front legs all the while has the bone in her mouth. when she "thinks" shes dug a hole she releases the bone onto the spot she was just "digging" and starts pushing it( the bone) with her nose. then she lets out a little whine and goes to the next place she wants to try and bury it. The whole scenerio is just a crack up to watch! she finally put the bone down next to her breakfast dish and ate her food. when she was done eating she walked into her crate laid down and let out a sigh. Like she'd had quite a work out!!!
I was totally entertained by it all, which lasted about 10 minutes! what a wonderful way to start the day!

To say she is Miss personality :aimeeyork is an understatement!!

That is just to cute, they are just goobers sometimes! I love it when the sigh its just to cute!

that is so funny! Layla does that with her treats sometimes- she will take it and then go on her bed and try to dig- but there is nothing there to dig- just blankets- but she digs away puts it down and tries to use her nose to cover the treat up- it is so funny! Sounds like Madison has had a very busy morning :) Nap time :D

LOL it is such hard work to be a yorkie. As I am reading your post my Mia is hiding her chew in between the couch cushions and crying for me to dig it out. She can't reach it!

That is a great way to start the day! my Veer does the same often too. I start and end my day playing with him :)

Tobie does the same thing and then digs at the couch to get it out and when he can't get it he barks at me like "MOM get it OUT NOW!

Mac ends up burying everything in my couch! Digs and Digs until it slides between the cushions. It is quite embarrassing if someone is over and either Mac is franticly trying to stick his head under their butt to retrieve something OR if the cushion gets knocked off and guests see that we have oinkies, pigs ears, snacks, toys, dry kibble, even once a pair of my daughters underwear hidden deep within our sofa!

I am sooo enjoying how everyone's little yorkie's play what I now will call "bury the ......."

Haha ... my Zach does the samething with one of his toys
It's a Giraffe squeaky toy and he'll wander all over the house whinning while he tries to find a place to hide it
He'll take it from place to place .... put it there
decide that it's not a good palce and he'll start all over again

haha this is so funny, It sure is the best way to start off your day =) It gives me great smiles everytime I get to read great stories like this.

Macy does this too! After trying to dig all over the house, she ends up nosing it underneath the couch. And of course watching her try to get it back out is just as funny :animal36
