HELP Stolen Pictures...
 

Hello everyone....
I found a couple of my dogs pictures (choc. Yorkies) on the website of Troy Smith of Mi Amor Kennels located in Corrigan, Texas advertising them as his dogs . I emailed him and ask him to remove my pictures from his website, also about 2 yrs ago Mr Smith bought some shih tzu puppies from me, on the shih tzu he wanted like 5 pups I gave him a great deal on these pups, when he came to pick them up he only took 2 or 3 (can't remember off the top of my head) he didn't have enough money, but out of a promise from him he left owing me money and when he was to come back for the other pups he would settle up then...... well he never came, and I just wrote it off, as a very dishonest person and never to do business with him again.... So you will see the kind of person he is when you read through these emails.... I hope none of you get burned or have been burned by this person......... I've ask him to remove my pictures, he says he will not, even though he says my dogs are crappy dogs (LOL)... and everyone that has a website to sell their dogs, fines their pictures that they worked so hard to take on someone elses website, it really hits a nerve..... There are several pictures that are on his website that I KNOW ARE NOT his dogs.... So please spread the word and everyone please look his site over and if any of your dogs pictures are on there, please help me go after him.... Some of these emails are very ugly....... Ripped you off????... Your the theft and I will go to every board and I will email everyone I know in yours and my surrounding area, what you have done (I'll just forward these emails to everyone so they can see for themselves what kind of person you are).... and that's a promise. You STOLED my SHIH TZUS and you STOLED pictures from my WEBSITE to advertise as your own dogs... My pictures are NOT public property it states it on my website... And it wont cost me much ,because my son is engaged to a lawyers daughter from New Boston, TX.... And I think I'll go ahead and file for the Shih Tzus too... since you admit it in your previous emails that you do OWE me for them and have NO intentions in paying for them.......

go ahead I dont care your waste of dollar and time. i have much better dogs than what you can ever have. go ahead I will wait for the suit to arrive in the mail than I will consider taking them down unless I get around to it sooner. so do what you want you have rip me off enough. with your recent lost you will think you have better things to do.

I'm not kidding, if you don't remove those 2 pictures from your website I will file suit, it is very easy to do and with you being in TEXAS and I'm in TEXAS - EASY.... And if my dogs are so bad,,, why do you want to use MY pictures????
REMOVE THEM! and go take your OWN Pictures

that is as bas as the 9 pd dog you said whould not get bigger than5 pds so dont start that petty s**t with me. find somethign better to do. ****ign with me over two pics you got to be kidding so get over it. the balance on teh pups were 150.00 i think you owe me that for paying 1,000 for a 9 pd dog. have a good day and dont bother me again with petty s**t.

You have some of MY pictures of MY Chocolate Yorkies on your WEBSITE (2 pups in a pink bucket and 1 pup setting in a christmas basket and several other that you have covered up the copywrite)... I would like for you to REMOVE them from your WEBSITE.... I DID NOT GIVE YOU PERMISSION to use MY PHOTOS OF MY PUPPIES on your website for your ADVERTISEMENT..... I will be checking back in 24 HOURS, if they are not removed from your website I will take futher action.. Theft... ALSO you still OWE me on some of the Shih Tzu pups you got 2 yrs ago.... REMEMBER!!!!!!

Have your lawyer send him a little note about copyright infringement.

You should watermark your pictures then they wouldnt get stolen. I am sorry this happened to you

He has copied and pasted on his website, my article about colorful yorkies without permission. The original version of the article was about parti yorkies but I rewrote the article for a friend to use on her website that covers other colors since she also had a golden and chocolate yorkie. I guess I'll have to email him and ask him to either remove the article or list my name as the author.

After you get off the phone with your lawyer. Call the local BBB and file a formal complaint. They will follow up and your complaint will be public domain.

Chachi, what is the easiest way to watermark a photo? I'd love to learn how to do that...

To the OP, good luck. I hope you are able to follow through with your threats and he is sorry he was ever dishonest. I know how it feels to have "product" photos stolen to misrepresent someone else's product. :thumbdown

I wrote to Mr. Smith asking to please list me as the author or delete the article, he quickly replied back "Done" and my name has now been added at the bottom of the page.

Hopefully he'll delete your photos from his site?

He put a banner over my watermark and where my kennel name was.... he is slick..... He is a horrible person.

Colorful yorkies... He has an advertisment on your site, thats where i found his ad and went to his website....

Please anyone that wants to email him and tell him what a scum he is on my behalf please do so... I know most of the other pictures (those pups with the jewel necklaces on) aren't his puppies. I've sence those pictures somewhere before i think on puppyfind and it to was a breeder in TX....

I've had dealings with him too ... He took my deposit and never producing a pup . I emailed he said the dog was killed by the mama dog . Promised me a dog from a future litter but I lost confidence in his business practices and asked refund. He claimed he didn't give refunds but under the circumstances he would . I still haven't seen the $100 that's been 6 weeks ago . He won't return emails ... Stay clear of this man !

When you click on the link to his dogs. Well some of them are quite odd looking. None of them look that pretty. As they are photo's to show them off, you'd think they'd be some pic's of a well groomed dog..nope. Even with stolen content his site looks iffy. The female he's breeding from next called Happy, looks far from happy.
