Wow.... Did you think that the rabies vival of serum might have been bad??? Do you know if it came out of the same bottel??? Do you know if any of the vet's other clients had any reaction to the rabies shot??? I know you must have been worried sick for you babies. Wish I had some insight on this, but I have never experience this with my babies. Hope all is well now. |
Stewie had a horrible reaction to the rabies vaccines. He was 6 months old when he got it. I thought I was going to lose him :( I think only a small percentage of Yorkies have a reaction. He's NEVER getting another one. |
You guys are scaring me. Lacy's rabies shot is due in two days. This will be her second one. I hope she does OK with it. |
that's horrible! :( I hope that they feel better. |
I'm sooo sorry to hear that. I'm sure the vets know how to take care of it. I hope your baby is feeling better. Archie, late yorkie befor Otis, had a terrible reaction. He had diarrhea, barfing, and was just plain sick. Otis had a bad reaction too, he had a bump for over two years now, and he lost hair at the shot site. I told the vet every time we had a visit to check his shot site, and i want to get Otis exempt from rabies ever again, but they say a bump and hair loss is no excuse. |
