Have you ever given your furbaby a haircut? Do you give your baby a haircut and is it easy to do?I enjoy grooming Tia and dont want to leave her with someone I dont know .Any of you had a go? If it goes wrong it grows back right?:eyetearss |
Several of us feel that way and do it ourselves. Get a video if you don't want to guess how to do it. :) It does grow back eventually. ;) |
Chloe does not want me giving her a haircut :p !! Maybe one day after I study up on it a bit , but for right now ...no way ! I do trim her a bit here and there and keep her "privacy area" ( I believe that's what the groomer called it) trimmed...but not a whole haircut. |
Yes it does grow back I had Er surgery in january for my appendix, and when I came home I was overwhelmed with the thought of grooming them. I proceeded to cut each one down, mind you I was still very sore and medicated so I had no business attempting this at that time. All their hair was long to the floor. One worse or better than the other I cut the body and bangs. My oldest boy was the worse.I have posted no pictures because they look pitiful,of course I still love them;).but my eldest boy has been cut down twice by me and he is 21/2 yrs old and his hair was to the floor again this last time I cut him.And I do not consider him to have a particularly fast growing coat.Hope this helps. So to sum it up yes It will grow back and before you know it. |
thanks going to give it a go tomorrow after her bath, and :animal-pa:yorkietalmaybe look for a video to help me get it right |
I trim up Maybelline all the time, but she goes nuts if I try to clip her nails. I really wish she would get over that so I could just groom her completely at home. |
Tia sits real still when I do her nails, even though I cut the quick once I was devastated making my baby bleed but she still trusts me bless:D |
