Last Night's Free-For-All
 
So I'm laying on the couch watching TV with Adie laying in front of me all curled up in a cute little ball. Skeeter is right below her on the floor stretched out on his back and Cassie is beside him looking for all the world like a meat loaf. All of a sudden Adie decides to stretch and looses her balance. She falls on Skeeter who immediately thinks he's under attack. Adie thinks Skeeter caused her fall and starts growling and gnashing her teeth at him. Skeeter, being angry at an unwarranted attack starts growling and gnashing right back. Cassie, who thinks she is everyone's mother steps in to end the fight by, you guessed it, growling and gnashing her teeth. by this time I too am gnashing a bit but since no one was biting decided to see how long it would last. Skeeter stopped first. He snorted and moved a few feet away and layed back down. Cassie stopped but sat there glaring at the other two. Adie however wasn't ready to forgive Skeeter for making her fall off the couch and went over to tell him off. This is when I stepped in. Bully sticks for everyone! Lord! Do they all act like that?

LOL!!!!! I just loved your story!!! TOO FUNNY!!!! I think if I had 3 yorkies...it would go like that alot! :D

My Daizy (much larger than tulip) has a bad habit of laying on Tulip (my itty bitty girl)...I know she just wants to be near her but inevitably she will lay on Tulips legs or back ...or whatever is near... And This ticks Tulip off....she will start growling and barking at Daizy..and the other day..after the umpteenth time Daizy did it ...Tulip grabbed ahold of her ear!!! LOL

So I'm sure if I had another one in the group...it would only add to the drama!!

Well they do have their moments, don't they? With five yorkies in my house, I can say that this does happen from time to time! It's so funny because they love to sleep so close together - sometimes they pile up one on top of another! Then, someone has a bad dream, or twitches the wrong way, and there goes the towering yorkie pile tumbling off the couch! :eek: I swear they say "Hey, who pushed me?" :p

I'm glad we aren't alone! The funniest thing any of them do though is little Skeeter trying to keep our big ol German Shepherd away from Mommy when he is cuddling with her on the couch. Some of you might recall that even though Skeeter is going to be a year old on Friday he still likes to fall asleep with my finger in his mouth. LOL. What a babyl Otherwise he is Ivan's little shadow and pest. He dearly loves that big dufus.
