How often do you brush your babies teeth? Finally got Houston a toothbrush because his breath is rank lol. We were planning on once a week but can we do more? |
well thats a little harsh dont you think |
thats good. |
I work at a vet clinic and we recommend daily brushings--if you can't do it everyday(I am too lazy to do it everyday, lol!!!), weekly is better then not at all. My 2 y/o will lay in my lap when I brush her teeth, my younger one is still learning--she likes to chew the toothbrush and lick the toothpaste. Our Dr says it helps just getting the toothpaste in the mouth, but brushing is best(just like us,lol). Good luck. |
we brush our girls teeth every night!:) |
I'm bad... I do it once in a great while... Sapphire doesn't let me brush her teeth. She bites the brush and eats the toothpaste. |
I brush Maggie's teeth once a week, but give her dental chews daily. My Vet says her teeth are in excellant condition. I'm anxious to hear what others say about this topic. |
thank you all very much! deff will be doing it more often then. I just didnt want to do it too much! Thanks for all the hlp! |
I do Oliver and Brooklyn every day...it seems when you do it more often they are more accepting of it. :) |
Every day.... |
Daily Brush daily for the first week or two & then every day or so with petzlife. |

but my mom bought this powder thing that is to help fight or protect teeth from plaque... you sprinkle 3 times onto the food and feed it twice a day but he still gets his teeth brushed ever 1.5 weeks |
 Every day here too w/ C.E.T. Vanilla mint toothpaste for dogs and cats that I get from my vet. Going this week to get a new toothbrush cuz she has worn out 3 already! She loves it!;) |
Daily! |
Every day. Sometimes twice a day. Prince is 5 and has all of his teeth. According to his vet, that is rare, for Yorkies!! |
