This is a beautiful Female I saw her on craigs list then again on Kijiji. my DH wanted me to go meet her because of Mickey being lonely after we lost Minnie, But I just cant do it. I just emailed them about the girl. I am looking for another. To me she at least looks healthy. I dont see runny eyes or runny noise. Needs a hair cut. What does everyone else think? Dont want to get screwed. |
Just called and left a message. I hope this is just someone who can't afford to keep her and she doesn't have any health problems. I'll let everyone know what I find out. |
Well I talked to the lady, she says shes very healthy, the only reason shes rehoming her is because of her Grandson, shes scared of him and stays in the bedroom when hes over. her phone numbers on that link, call and talk to her. She is AKC. looks like a sweet heart by her pictures. she said she does get along with other dogs. keeps us updated. I know my husband wanted to get her for me and Mickey. but Im just not ready. |

Did she say if the dog is scared of all kids or just the grandson? Is the grandson too much for the dog? I am wondering because I have kids. Don't want to put her in the same situation. |

I just talked to this lady on the phone. She said she got the yorkie about a month ago. She found the yorkie being advertised on kiji. She meet the breeder in a parking lot. The breeder said she had too many dogs and wanted to get of some. The lady got no papers,no health guarantee. Breeder was supposed to send the akc papers but never did. Now the breeder's numbers are all disconnected and she can't locate the breeder. To me this sounds like a backyard breeder or puppy mill. I already have two dogs from puppy mills that have health problems. I really don't want another one. What does this sound like? She also stated that most of the time the yorkie ignores the grandson but seems to want to protect him if the father is playing with him. Does this sound alittle too aggressive? One of my dogs will go after anyone who he thinks is hurting my girls but he is the best dog ever and doesn't show any aggression. |
This poor little girl needs a secure and loving home regardless of where she came from. It isn't her fault. I wish I could get her. I'd have her spayed and give her to a freind of mine who's dog died over a year ago. Her and her husband are retired and are wonderful people. I do hope someone will at least get her out of there and have her spayed before she ends up pg by God only knows what. What a shame. |
You never know, the poor dog could have been stolen too. Lots of yorkies get stolen and resold. It is a pretty big racket in some areas. I hope she finds a good home. |
No its not her fault or any dogs fault where they come from. I already have 3 dogs from puppy mills and I am looking at $12000 for fix their health issues. I can't afford another. That's way I'm being picky about where the dog comes from. |
