sigh...whadda you going to do with them In case I haven't said it recently, I just love my Gracie Ruth to pieces!!! :hearts6: She keeps me in stitches with her antics. And lord help me, her pesky little brother Yogi is following right along in her footsteps. G absolutely knows pottying in the house is bad. This morning she and Yogi were playing in the bedroom and I heard the tell-tale sign of G scratching her hind feet against the carpet. A sure give away that she's pottied. I step out of the bathroom and there's a little turd right in the middle of the floor and she's standing right there. I asked her, "Gracie Ruth! Did you do that!!" She looks up at me, looks at the turd, walks up to it, smells it for a second and then looks over at her brother Yogi as if to say, "No Momma, I would never do that! I smelled it for you, it's Yogi's." Poor little dopy Yogi just looks up with me with the biggest grin on his face, ready to take the heat for his sister. "Yup, Momma, it was me. Isn't it a great lookin' turd!" :smhuge2: Boo's laying on the bed and looking at me like, "Yeah Momma, G did it. Are you going to punish her? I think you should punish her, Momma. No biscuit for her today. You should give her biscuit to me! Bad girl G, bad, bad girl." Boo's my Opportunist, he's always looking for a way to make a buck...errrr...get another biscuit. My crew is a hoot!! When people come over and the house is a wreck I just tell them I couldn't help it. I started to clean but then got distracted by the kids and had to stop and play with them. |
Holy Cow!! That was my 1000th post! sigh...I sooo gotta get a life. |
I love it :lol tears |
That is so hilarious! It's so funny how we read their expressions and we seem to know exactly what they are thinking! |
:sidesplt: :eyetearss :sidesplt: TOO FUNNY :D love your post...seriously, i think that was exactly what was going through all of their minds ;) |
Thats so funny. Can I use your excuse when my house is a mess too?Love it,:) |
These 3 of mine are very smart...Yorkie smart, ya'll know what that is I'm sure. And it would seem that Gracie has figured out how to 'get away' with it. What I've found is that when asked in my sternest Mommy voice, "Who did the poopies in the house!" The guilt one is the one slinking around the corner out of the room. Then when I get a tissue and pick up said offending turd and show it to each of them, the guilty one won't sniff it. So based on these observations, that is the kid who gets the lecture. It would appear that G has figured out if she sniffs it and holds her ground then she won't be perceived as the guilty one. If she ever figures out that the hind feet scratching is what is really giving her away, I'm going to be in trouble. |

Heehee-larious! :D |
 Oh that is just too funny. Their attitudes are VERY entertaining!!! I had no idea I could just sit for hours and watch my dog. HOURS! And, I don't know about the rest of you but, I can not tell you the last time I had gotten down on the floor before getting Bent. Now it is several times a day that I am down there. :D |
I completely understand the feelings lol. I spend so so so much time with Gucci and getting his hair brushed, trying outfits on, taking him to buy toys, letting him bite my hair and lay on me lol He is ALWAYS with me. I cannot help but to get sidetracked by him... I even wake hubby from his sleep just to show him how cute Gucci looks upside down when he naps or to tell him something cute Gucci has done ... :p Hubby gets up and looks and everything because Gucci has him wrapped around his finger too  the little stinker!! |
that is too funny and they do bring a lot of entertainment to our lives!:) |

You know it's sad that everyone can't feel the "warm fuzzies" that we feel for our babies. There is absolutely nothing like it. I will forever be owned by a yorkie. |
