I can't stand for her to cry like that! I have to go get her out. I have a little fold up kennel. It is really nice because you can fold it up and it is about the size of a briefcase. It has little bone shaped windows and zipper opening on the top and the door. I take it with me when I am visiting friends just in case I need it. She hasn't been in it 1/2 dozen times because she cries. When I first got her I keep her in a small playpen with a teddy bear and a blanket on one end and her papers and food and water on the other. I have put the blanket and teddy bear into the kennel but she just doesn't like it. My Yorkie is spoiled! LOL Sorry I didn't mean to highjack your thread! LOL |

anyone have the alex kwigy bo carrier? i'm debating on whether or not to get it because of the size. i'd like to have a carrier that looks like a purse big enough for both my babies at the same time (riley is 3.5lbs and madison will be 4.5-5). riley doesn't whine when he's in the carrier and we're moving but as soon as we put him down he whines for a while until he falls asleep. |
LOL! I cannot believe the response to this thread, but glad to get all of your opinions THANKS!~:aimeeyork |
i take milu to stores in a purse. she doesn't like to stay in there, because she rather be out saying hello to everyone that walks by. i had taken her to a movie theater before in a purse. i would not recommend it. because there are soooooo many people there (full house) and i was worried the whole time that she was going to make a sound. i had to keep feeding her treats to keep her quiet in the bag. i eventually took her out and let her sit on my lap, but then the person sitting next to me started eating beef jerky!!! and milu was going nuts, she wanted him to share!!! lol i was not able to enjoy the movie! lol will not take her again! |

I take Toto everywhere in his bag...He loves it! I got him when he was 4 months old and he's now 6 months. He love's his bag! I can close the top and take him into publix...no one even knows hes in it. Its really great! |
I think lots of small dogs wouldn't mind the purse at all. my girl Dolly would jump in her doggie bag whenever I take it out, cuz she knows, mommy's taking me shopping LOL now I have a skin baby with a stroller, its hard to spear a hand for a doggie bag, so I just put her in the basket underneath the baby stroller with some blanket, Dolly loves that as well. she really just loves to go out period LOL |

I have to agree with this. Well said. |
Please do not turn this thread into a debate. Since my boys are bigger we can't use bags but we do have a stroller. |
I have a Kwigly Bo Carrier and love it. ITs my favorite on the ones I have. I do take Bella with me everywhere she has been to my drs, pizza places, motor vehicles, walmart, target, grocery stores. the Malls you name it she goes . She has even been to Chuck E Cheese when I was on vacation and wont leave her alone in a hotel. She is very quiet and doesnt bark so no one knows she is there unless I open the top and let ehr have her head out which I do in all the stores but the grocery store. When She sees me grab my coat she jumps into her carrier so I will take her with me. |
I taken them everywhere I can in a Stroller :confused:I actually got a doggie stroller and put both in, I find it easier and I have the bottom to put purchases in. What is the rule down the states, I’ve taken them into a mall with a food court but we are not need the food court and the guards who have nothing to do will ask us to leave, I’ll informed them that we are not near the court and they are contained in the stroller, what’s the problem? I sure would like to find out what the rules are about dogs contained going into store and malls. In Vancouver BC they have a restaurant U take your dogs in and they have a table for them and a table for you. Europe no problem they go everywhere. If anyone from Canada might know what rules are sure would like to know. Wal-Mart up here will not allow dogs in is that the same in the states? |
I'm going to say what is the big deal if carrying yr puppy Now you can bring children into a store that could be crying not the fault of the child or running wild around the place, or people who are sick with cold or flu and passes around their germs. Why do they freak out, Mal-Mart don’t have open food at least not up here, the dogs are contained they don’t pass germs on and don’t bark. Exactly how does one find out what the rules are and can they be changed?:confused: |
