i think ellen probably became a part owner in the company because ellen is a big animal lover and she wants to help out when it's a good brand that she believes in. i would imagine that she did the research necessary before recommending it and telling everyone that she is a part owner. (because i think that if it turned out to be bad food for pets, she will get A LOT of criticism for it)

that said. ellen is still not a nutritionist, and just because she has good intentions doesn't make her an expert in canine nutrition.
Awww I am sorry that Milu didn't like it :( My Stedman is always very picky and anytime I introduced him to a "new" food, he always turned his nose up to it too :rolleyes: They are all little stinkers! :p

I plan on watching. Don't know if I'll purchase any, as my furbabies really like Wellness. I just love Ellen.

it usually makes me mad when she does that though! :rolleyes: because she does is so freaking much. but usually she just tries to bury it.

that was the first time she made a disgusted face and backed away from the food. so i thought it was funny and laughed really hard.

I thought it very expensive myself. 5 cans and a 5 lb bag of dry for $23.00 is expensive in my book.

LOL a disgusted face :laugh: That's hilarious!! :D My babies try to hide food too (AND Bully Sticks)...in fact, one of them stole a little piece of steak off of my hubby's plate one night at dinner and they tried to hide it in the couch :eek:

compared to Halo's regular price (at petco) it is a good deal.

Brooke I wanted one too, but my girls got one for Christmas from my parents and I tried it out...I did feel like I looked like a MONK! I tried it on backwards and liked that much better :D Figures, something would work better for me backwards :p

I wish I would have seen this earlier so I could have watched Ellen on QVC. I like QVC and HSN, just because I can flip to it during commercials. :D

:lol tears Girl, that cracked me up LOL!! You sound just like me I swear :p

One of the girls that works up at my hubby's office has one and actually puts it on at work sometimes LOL....it does make you look like a monk :p but I guess it keeps the cold out! :D

Darn...I wish you could have caught the show today :( I'm sure it'll be on YouTube before you know it though lol :p

OMG, I loved that! :p I also loved it when she put up all those graphics and only a tiny little empty square was left in the center. :p

It was so disgusting when lady kept eating the food! :eek: She got to into it.

When my dh first saw the commercial for the Snuggly monk looking blanket...He cracked up at the guy wearing it to a game.

He said I don't know any man that could wear that to a football game and make it out in one piece :D

I mean if I want one I will just put my robe on backwards :)

i agree.. i was making fun of the people actually WEARING THEM OUT!! :cool: that is a LITTLE much for me... :eek: haha. i would NEVER wear that out!!!:eek: :yelrotflm but that's just me... :confused: i was only talking about on the couch when it's cold and i wanna be on the computer!! :rolleyes::p
