Lexy's Epiphany Hewwo dear fwiends! As mommy was tombing me adain today, I weawized dat her intends to do dis to me evewyday for da west of my wife!!!!! It's bad enough her took me to da dogtor to get a hole put in my tummy so I touldn't have no babies, but if her finks her is donna tomb ME evewyday her has anover fink toming! I will bite dat tomb a wot!!! I'll show her who's boss awound here! Her actuawawy panked me on da nose dis morning! Daddy waffed and said he was donna wite it on da cawendar dat Mommy panked me! What is it with them? Drives me bonkers! Snoodles will let me comb her back, and around her eyes after cleaning with cotton. But, get a comb near the legs or under the chest and chin, and CUJO! You would think it would feel good, but nooooo, must fight like the dickens and maybe she will let me go. The legs are really a hit and miss thing. Hope she never gets lots of mats there, as she is impossible. Any ideas you breeders out there? Pat |

Boy! I thought SNoodles would get use to it too. She is now a year and 7 months and it hasn't gotten one iota better. I really don't understand it. Most dogs love to be brushed and cooed over. Not CUJO! Wish we had an answer to it. I tell her how good she is and just use the tip of the brush and go really gentle, but she is a BRAT to say the least with the brushing. She will let me brush her teeth every morning, and rinse out her eyes and surprisingly, she lets me pluck the hair in her ears with no problem. But I can't touch her feet either. I need to cut the lhair around her paws, and I dread it. My Hubby has to hold her in a vise grip while I do the dastardly deed! By the time we are done, we both are sweating, and the dog is exhausted! WHEW! Pat |
