Hello again I'm sorry I have not been here for a while we made the move from CA to AZ and I just got my computer back i can see i have lots of catching up to do here. Well frist of all I wanted to share that my little foster Tweedie is now mine I adopted him he is 14 and he has cancer, the beginings of cushings and pancrities so i decided to keep my little angel. I also picked up anoter Yorkie to foster her name is paula she was in a shelter she is apporx. 10 to 12 years old she is very "hand shy" but we are working on that she is a little doll but still very scared I have only had her for a week almost 2. and then of course i have my sebastain who just turned 3 on 8/13 and my little princess Jasmine. They are all doing great. I also have 5 cats that made the move with me poor things. One of my kitty's is 9 he is a blue point Hemlyain and he is not doing so well he is in the hosiptal right now we are awaiting his blood test results he only has one kidney and it is way to large so they are thinking cancer has taken over. Today could be one of the worst days ever for me as i may have to make that horriable decision that I hoped I would never have to make with any of my pets. Please think about my kitty today thanks |
What a wonderful person you are to adopt Tweedie! I'll be praying for your cat and Tweedie! Elizabeth |
you sound like a wonderful person...taking those puppies in like that and taking care of them....Those puppies are lucky to have found you :) or lucky you found them :) |
Tweedie tawt he taw a puddie-tat!!! Sorry, couldn't help it!! I have two older dogs, and dread the thought of going through what you are dealing with now. Yorkie hugs and prayers sent your way! |
Rene, The world would definatley be a much better place if there were more compasionate souls like you. I am glad you've taken those babies in, what a blessing you are to them. I'm very sorry to hear about your kitty. That is the toughest thing any pet owner should have to do and it breaks my heart. I've owned many cats throughout my lifetime and know how deeply they become part of your family. May you see your precious boy at the bridge! |
Bless you Rene. That little boy needed you and you have been there and will continue to be there for him. I only wish that there was more that you/we could do for him. But as we all know, with having cancer all you can do for them is try to make them as comfortable as posibble and show them as much love and affection as you can. He will reciprocate it tenfold. God bless that little one and you cat too. |
I admire you for being such a caring individual. Your furkids are so lucky to have you as their Mom. May I ask where in AZ did you move to? |
HI Rene, didn' t know you was moving. where in az? Hope this day works out great for you and your all in my prayers. |
awww thanks guys but i'm the lucky one I'm blessed with 4 wonderful yorkies and 5 kittys. We moved to Goodyear, AZ I have been here for almost 3 weeks now and so far I love it. I start my new job on 9/1 and am very excited about that also. My little fur kids wont be so happy lol they are getting so spoiled (if they could be any more lol) since i have been home with them. |
Hi Rene! Did you adopt Tweedie from UYR? He's such a doll! :D |
I am so sorry about your kitten, I hope he will get better. It is the worst thing about getting older and having lots of pets. I have had to make that decision many times now and it is always painful, from injuries and illness to old age. It is very painful. How was the move? It's difficult to relocate cats, they are such creatures of habit. Glad you are getting settled in. |
Hi lovemybabies yes i did and he is really a little doll you can see paula there also if you would like it's www.unitedyorkierescue.org they have a bunch of new pups also I love to look at them and all the new stuff in their store its a great orig |
