Bad Client/Breeder
 

Thought I would let you know about a breeder to be very careful if you have any contact with her.

Website ayorkie4u- Name Gina Poe. I have a NSF check from her. This is the third time I have had problems. Last spring she wanted to buy a male asked me to hold one while she sent the check out. Checked back several times told don't sell the male cause I sent you a check- must have gotten lost will send you another- bottom line she was leading me on- bought a male from another breeder. No problem with that but tell me.

Scheduled to bring 2 gals to breed to males in August- No show and no call to cancel.

Wanted to buy a adult male from me- sent a check- does not clear bank- sends email stating she has a family crisis can not buy this male. She is buying a male from another breeder again. Once again she can not tell the truth- lies. No problem with her buying from another breeder but tell the truth.

I try and work with folks- we all have things come up and-but what I hope that others will learn from this - be an adult- just come out and tell the truth.
With the things that have happened with this gal- I would be afraid to buy a puppy from her or use one of her males. I am glad that she did not use my guys for stud.

Is she from here? That name rings a bell! I have had that done to me too and what I say just tell me ! No problem! I have a little boy to sell b/c of that! He is 13 weeks! The lady as to afraid to tell me she come up with the money! That's ok ! Been there myself ! But just tell me! lily

I caught her in a couple other non truths also. She did not have the money to pay for the male and was going to make payments and have him paid for by oct. 1, 2005. She got mad at me beacuse I was still using him for stud.

DAAAA- you have not paid for the male in full- when he is paid for you have full rights to him. I guess she thought I should share breeding fees with her until he was paid for. If I had done that she would have came up ahead on cash and I would still have had a bad check from her.

Be careful of scam artists out there.

And aren't they always the ones with the most gall? Please do not EVER do any business with this woman. I hate that she is even allowed to be a breeder. Did you punch her name into the AKC listing of suspended breeders to see if she showed up "hot"?

There are just some people out there that have no integrity and they make it hard for honest hard working people.

ShyYorkie has a couple of males for sale- I contacted her and warned her. This gal Gina is supposed to be going there on Wed. to buy some of ShyYorkies stock. I warned her.

We have to stick together and help each other.

So glad that she didn't get any of your kids! She reallys doesn't sound like she's got good ethics. Have you ever seen her surroundings for breeding? Yes, definitly happy she didn't "take" you...

are you saying Gina Poe is on the akc list or Flaky!!?? :confused:
