Finding My Yorkies Siblings
 

Ok - So I know Yorkietalk is huge and there a lot of yorkies on here. I purchased my little Lillie from a breeder in FL in February of 2007 and she had two other sisters and a little brother. I always sit and wonder what her brothers and sisters look like now. I have contacted the breeder for pictures, but the new mommies have never sent updated pictures to her

So I figured I would post it here - if anyone purchased a Yorkie from Yorkie Breeders. Elegant Teacup & Toy Yorkshire Terrier Puppies. Yorkiebabies.com - Carol out of FL, please let me know.

Good Luck! I was able to locate Miles' brother and sister. It was so fun to get them together again! And you'll be amazed at how different each one looks!! :)

Hey I'm not sure if were talking about the same Breeder? I purchased my 1st male Yorkie in May 2004, he was born 1/1/04 I doubt if they are related in some way only b/c he turned out to be from a Puppy Mill and she turned out to be a Broker and NOT his Breeder. I did NOT find out until after a Year when I finally got his AKC. Registration Papers from her. I was living in Boston @ the time but there were NO Yorkie Breeders in MASS. so out of desperation
I found her on the Internet, I have never come across anyone else on here that has purchased a Yorkie from her? Is it the same Person? Just curious about your experience w/her how was it? What are the Parents names of your Yorkie? I may not be of any Help?:confused:

I gave one of my babies to my next door neighbor who is a dear friend and to TeresaM who lives very close. We are going to get all of them together soon...Good Luck I hope you will receive a surprise....

Hi - Yes, it is Carol from Florida - right around the Ft. Lauderdale area - she is in Port St. Lucie I believe. Actually I went to her house and got my little girl - Lillie and I saw the other brothers and sisters there. I am sorry she was not your little ones breeder - that could have been the same, but I saw Lillie for the first time at 12 weeks old so you never know. Lillie's mom was Princess - who is on her web site. She seemed to have a lot of dogs there at the house and the house was really clean. However, I paid a lot of money for Lillie and she has an over bite. It does not matter now, she is paid for and I love her to pieces, but I think some of her dogs are not worth the money she is asking. Thanks for responding to my thread. I just want to see what her brothers and sisters look like. She was born November 17, 2006 and I got her in February 2007. I have not seen anyone on this thread either that said they purchased from her.

I am glad to find someone else that purchased a Yorkie from her, I felt guilty b/c I was in Boston and could not get to Port St. Lucie to see/meet her and see her Home in Person. Are you sure that she actually Bred your Yorkie and you saw your Puppies Parents? She was asking $2,500.00 for the male I purchased but then sold him for $1,350.00, after I received him she charged
me another $300.00 for his AKC. Registration/Full Breeding Rights. After I got his Papers I noticed he was Bred by someone else, then SOLD/Transfered to another Person and then SOLD/Transfered to her and then to ME!
She claimed she bought him for herself to Breed w/one of her Females, but claimed he was too BIG @ 5 1/5 lbs. to Breed! Thus my Discount. She also lied about his age saying he was younger than he was and smaller than he was and that he was Healthy, he had an Ear Infection, Kennel Cough and he had NOT ever been Groomed his Ear's were NOT Shaved/Tipped, his Nails were NOT Trimmed etc. He looked a Mess! He has Luxating Patella, a Collapsed Trachea and he's a Whopping 10 lbs. after she Garaunteed he would
NOT get any Bigger than tha Standard and she used the "T Word - Teacup"
alot. In spite of all this she taught me alot of "Valuable Lessons" about buying a Yorkie. Despite all the Negative, I Love him w/all my Heart and he is as Strong as an Ox now. He is an Impressive Gorgeous Boy! I thought she was over priced too but I guess you can't put a price on my Happiness?

I am glad to see someone else too - yes I did see the parents - maybe I was lucky and got one of her actuall dogs. I spent about 4 hours there and I saw the mom and all the brothers and sisters - but you know the funny thing was - she kept all of the other dogs outside - it was kind of weird - I thought she was a little strange and I did pay $2,500 for Lillie, but yes I did learn a lot of valuable lessons from the purchase. I wish I would have found this site first and I probably would have chosen another dog. I am sorry that your boy had the issues, but you are right - you cannot put a price on happiness. When did you get your little boy?

so now that this is started I live in Charlottesville virginia and did anyone by any puppies from Theresa harris in waynesboro and I also bought a pom a month aga from a lady name Judy breeden does anyone have the poms brother and sister ... I got Sir Arthur from her May 2004, Why did she keep the other Dogs outside?
Probably so you would'nt fall in Love w/another Puppy? I thought she was smooth, she seemed so Honest, I believed and Trusted her word that's why I was so disappointed and hurt when I first saw him. I had 48 hrs. to get him to a Vet. but all the problems he had were'nt serious enough for me to send him back. Besides I fell in Love w/him the moment I set eyes on him and I did'nt have the Heart to send him back, to this day he was the Best Birthday
Present I ever picked out for myself. I nagged my ex-BF for 48 hrs. straight until I got him, I threw the Biggest Temper Tantrum. After I found YT, I figured out he was from a Puppy Mill and she was a Broker the type that sells
to Pet Stores. In fact she had a so-called picture of him on her website for
Sale for $2,500.00 also, she just recently took it off. Why did you pay so much, I'm sure she's worth it, I mean what was her Selling Features?
For me it was that he was going to be small, he was very Kissey, when you sneeze or cough he licks you as if to revive you. He has short Legs and a short Back, Champions in his Pedigree etc. Everything I wanted to hear.
The only thing she did'nt lie about is he is absolutely beautiful, sweet, too smart and he is very Kissey. Finding YT was a Blessing everyone on here have always been very helpful & positive. Actually it's kind of neat to meet
you I'm glad you had a good experience w/Carol even if she did over charge us! I have 3 Yorkies now, my 2nd Yorkie was purchased for $1,000.00 from a Local Breeder her in South Carolina, in fact she is the Property Manager for
my Housing Division, I'm still friends w/her and her Family in fact she was the one that Mentored me in Breeding my Yorkies and my 3rd Yorkie was kept from my first Litter she was the Runt. Even if he did'nt turn out small he produced Puppies that were @ 5 1/2 - 6 lbs. I as their Breeder kept in touch w/their Siblings, I know where they Live and what thwy look like. Maybe you could ask Carol if she kept the same kind of Records? Sorry this was so long
