sooooo worried Just left Violett at the Vet for her SPAY we are so worried I cant focus on anything. She is Just 2 lbs 8oz and 7 months old. I payed up front extra for laser and a iv mounter just in case theres a problem. I have full confidence in this vet. and there located 5 min walk from me. I know its the best thing for her but we just love her so much I cant think of anything else. How did the rest of you cope during the waiting period ? My husband left for work but I dont think he will work long as he feels the same way. Please say a little prayer for her. thanks |
OHHH..Prayers and thoughts are with you. My lil' girl was spayed at 9 months, 2 lbs 3 oz AND she had over 10 teeth pulled - she came out like a champ! PLUS your baby is getting it done by laser? She will do great! Tonight will be hard and she will look sad when she gets home, but she will start getting back to normal this weekend and in a week you will be holding her down to keep her still! Let us know as soon as the vet calls to tell you she is OK! She will do great! |
Best wishes to sweet tiny Violet!! I do not know a good way to take your mind off it. Stress makes me eat chocolate cake! :roses::hearts6::hug60: |
Sending you well wishes Hon,She's a strong healthy girl, she'll do fine. Look at old pidtures, or start decorating . Take your mind off it. Keep us informed of her recovery. |
She'll be home before you know it. She's in good hands. I know how you feel though, you get so worried about these little ones. I'm sending you a prayer. And one big group hug!!!:ghug: :aimeeyork COCO :aimeeyork PEBBLES :aimeeyork TRIXIE |
I will be worried too when it comes time for Missy's spay. Sending lots of positive thoughts your way. Hang in there, before you know it she'll be back home safe n sound. |
My little girl, Mia got spayed and 6 teeth pulled on Friday. She is 8 months, 2 lbs 8 oz . We had hers done by laser also, I think it's much better this way. She had to stay overnight which was so hard, but came back the next morning doing very well. She was walking around doing her thing like normal, but she just doesn't wanna play with her brother, Rocco just yet. So she's just been watching him from the comfort of her bed. She's taking it easy. I'm sure you're baby will be just fine and back in her Mommy's arms in no time!:) |
SHe should do just fine. I tried to keep busy and had the vet call me as soon as she was done. I dropped her at 8 and got the call about 10 so at least I knew she was ok. |
Oh honey, most of us know exactly what you're going through and have such a lot of sympathy and 'virtual hugs' for you! ;) :ghug: I know just how awful those few hours are, but keep busy, I had my Aunt take me out for bit to take my mind off my girl, and you'll be recieving that call from your Vet in no time. I'm assuming they'll call you as soon as Violett is out of theatre? Try not to worry, but if you need something to do, just spend your time here! ;) Let us know when she's out? Jess :heart to |
