Do you think a 4 lb yorkie could swallow a Quarter? I am freaking out right now. I was working on a scrap book for my dtr's college graduation next month and had a quarter on my bed, I noticed it missing within 2 minutes and thought I heard Roxie, who was on my bed just before that, drop something on the wood floor that sounded like it could be a coin being dropped. I have searched everywhere and cannot find it and she has not gone looking for anything. I would think that if she had swallowed a quarter she would have choked on it. Then my dtr calls and her part time job at Chase had told her they would hire her full time in January but the DM said no today he wants 2 part time people, so now she needs to find a job with benefits ASAP. I don't know if Roxie did get it or not so I don't knwo if I should call the vet and see if they think she should be xrayed. Thanks for any ideas you have. |
I would be freeking out too. I don't think she could have swallowed it. Her mouth would be too small I would think. Open her mouth and look at the closing in the back. Make your decision that way. Patti, I don't know what else to tell you. These little ones get into just everything! You can't turn your back for a second. I hope and pray she didn't. Good luck, Could the quarter have fallen between the pages of the book? |
I really doubt she could swallow a quarter...it's just too big and if she attempted it...I imagine you would've heard her gag or cough. Take a broom and sweep under the bed. I'm sorry about your daughter's job news too. Sometimes companies hire 2 part timers in order to avoid paying benefits. |
I'd be surprised if she could swallow a quarter, and I would surely think she would have gagged or choked if she tried. Hope you find the quarter so you don't have to keep worrying! |
