Giving your dogs table scraps really arent good for them but I know we are guilty of it too. Have you considered home cooking? That way you are going by a healthy recipe |

Table scraps are a big no no, and the only thing mine get other than their dog food, is an occasional piece(and I mean one piece a piece) of chicken breast or turkey meat or a piece of fruit, everything else is off limits. It can also make them picky eaters.. |
Ours loves plain spaghetti.:D |
Mr. Fuzzy is the same way! The Vet told me not to give him any scraps which I tried to do but he didn't eat for like three days! Some days he'll eat chicken and rice, other days he turns his nose and walks away. I've tried dozens of dry dog food to no avail and the vet says stay away from the wet stuff. Now he'll at least eat his dry food in the morning but at night....... I'm still working on that! |

Certain people foods are okay but spicy or fatty foods aren't. One small piece of pepperoni could trigger pancreatitis which is occasionally fatal. Plain pasta is okay though. What do you think is strange? That they like this? |
Kobe will not eat his dry dog food unless I put something in it. so I sprinkle shredded cheese and wet with a couple of drops of water and he will eat up the cheese, then, if he's really hungry, he'll eat his food. |

I'm guilty of giving the occasional scrap here and there. But, if its not something they would get in dog food, I pass. Like I will give them a small bit of plain chicken breast or a bit of carrot. |
hi pauline here, from my replies to diet chices i think i will stick to the ocational cheese nibbles too ha! ha! thanks for replying |

My dog eats mostly Science Diet, but whenever I'm eating something really good, he'll usually get a few little pinches of it (smaller than my pinky nail) in exchange for some really cute tricks. :D |
