All Petsmarts are different. In my opinion, I think they're pricey (and I work there, just not a groomer) plus I don't personally trust all of the groomers we have because of some past issues. But like I said, everyone is different. If you're pretty worried about going there, just do a little research and honestly you could probably find someone more reasonable. Plus for the most part (at least what I've seen) they normally don't let you stay and watch, at least not IN the salon, but outside the window. |
