Does your yorkie think he's a Rottweiller? Conor does and he will even tackle, if he could, a huge st burnard dog he met the other day!.:) Good job he's on a lead. |
I have 4 and they all do. I never did tell them any different :D |
Big dog in a small body syndrome..:D |
Sam not only thinks he is a rottweiler sometimes but a Cujo killer:D |
I have to remind Emma every day of her small stature !:p |
Lucy is convinced she is a BIG dog - OH's friends even call her 'The RATweiller'! |
Zack thinks he's bigger than he really is (10lb). I worry tho' that he will growl at the wrong dog some day and really get hurt. We keep them on leads whenever we leave the house/yard. |
I think mine thinks she's a german shepperd. she's all quiet and alert :p |
......... Seymour used to have a shirt that said "When I grow up, I am going to be a Rottweiler". |
We nearly had a scrap with a staffie the other day thanks to conor. Staffie came up excited to play, conor did his usual bark and growl and the staffies mood was changing her back was up and she straddled conor, I had one of my other dogs on the lead as well plus another of mine loose. The owner didnt see the potential for fight and I had to ask him to put a lead on his staffie. At which we went one way he another. Could have been scary there. |

RATweiller! I *love* it! |
General Lee thinks he is a Rot, or any large dog. There is a large Bernard mix that he meets now and then on walks. He wants to play with the dog and the dog wants to play with him. My fear is that playing with a large dog he is going to get stepped on. He has no fear of any dog or human. |
Yes! Sapphire thinks she is the biggest dog out there. |
Breyli is too fearless and friendly at times. A pit bull started growling at her and she still wanted to play... ah, I don't think so little girl. |
I'm joining the club here too! :p We had a german shepard charge us and Zoe was flipping out ready to attack! Thank goodness my big dog was with us and the shepard ignored Zoe and ran up to Sasha. He wasn't aggresive anyways but I was shaking for 10 minutes after that happened! |
OOOOOOH yes, Riley was so scared of everything and everyone, when we got im, so now that he found his confidence, he thinks he has to show all the big dogs that he is one of them....He will "puff up" to every dog that comes around , no matter what there size,...its soooooo halirous...we go for a walk and he does that little yorkie but shake thing. (ya you know what im talkin about :yelrotflm) but as soon as another dog shows up, that stops, and he gets denfensive, like he is saying,,,"go ahead say somehing about my but shake, I dare ya"....lol.....the ears go up the front legs lock and then comes the low growel,,,I have to keep saying out of the corner of mouth,,,"Riley shut up, or your gonna get used for a tooth pick!.. |
Everyone's stories are so funny. My Bailey, all 1.6lbs. of her, thinks she's huge, but only from 5-10 feet away. If a bigger dog comes up to her, she'll roll onto her back with feet in the air, like, "ok, I was just joking, see I'm little bitty" It's hilarious! |
Add us to the list! Asha isn't so bad, but Barney, who is less than 4lb, thinks he is 10 feet tall and bullet proof! The bigger the dog, the more he growls and barks!:yelrotflm |
:D I love to tell people my boys are mini-rotties just because they will bark up a storm to protect ! It doesn't matter the size of the other dog or cat either ! Crazy boys !:animal36 |
We live next door to a Staffordshire Bull Terrier and Scooter likes to "fence fight" with him. The dog could make mincemeat of Scooter and probably would if he ever got the chance. I run outside everytime I hear Scooter start his "I'll hurt you" barking at the fence and I make him come inside. I do worry about that dog somehow getting through the fence but I know he can't because it's a very sturdy wooden structure and his owners have buried metal sheeting under the fence so he can't dig under it. Still it bothers me to hear Scooter thinking he's so tough. |
Bentley has a very bad case of little man syndrome! When people comment about him being small I always make sure that i throw in that he thinks he's rottweiler. Its Quite funny actually the things he does sometimes. |
M neighbour also has a little yorkie, quite small and he also fence fights with next doors staffie..:) |
