totally random but a sad story so i work in the electronics department at sears as a part time job for school i was working the other day when a lady in scrubs approached me.. i asked her if she needed any help when i noticed it looked like she had been crying. she told me yes and that she needed a video camera. the more she talked the more she started to tear up. she apologize for being so emotional and told me that she is a nurse and has a patient that is 29 years old with 6 kids who just found out he only has until december to live. im not sure what his condition is, but she mentioned that he has to be isolated and cannot see his wife and kids. and a bunch of the nurses donated money to get him a video camera so that he could make videos for his children. i dont know why, but i cant stop thinking about that story. |

that is very touching. i just wish he could see his family. |
how sad..:( |
How sad, and how nice of those who are so thoughtful to get him a video camera. |
Wow, very sad. If he only has a little over a month to live why can't they let them be together? Even if it takes a few days off of his life or something I'm sure they would rather be together. Unless he could pass something to them or something? 29 and dying... how terrible, just makes you think. |
That is so sad. Thank God for those nice people to do that. |
That is so sad. :( But how nice & thoughtful of the nurses to pull their money together so that his family can have those memories forever. |
omg that is so sad! |
