Yorkies are amazing :)I have had Tyke for a little over a month and I don't know how we lived without him. It's amazing the personalities of these little dogs. It's like they know exactly how you feel sometimes. He cheers me up when I'm down or don't feel good. He's so loving at times. I just thought I'd share that I'm just in awe over him. He's the best little addition to our family. I told my daughter ( he's supposed to be hers) that after she goes to college and when she decides to move out...he's staying with me. She'll just have to get another one....lol I don't think I've ever been so attached to a dog in my life :yay_jump: It's a wonderful thing.....thanks for listening:yorkiesar |
Yes, they do have a way of worming their way into our hearts, don't they? They are the best!! |
awwwwwww how cute!!! I felt the same way about Daizy...how did we ever survive without all her cuteness in our lives!!! We (me and my hubby)are constantly watching her....and just laughing all the time!! |

Minnie certainly wormed her way into all our hearts. |
amazing I totally understand, our little Chloe' facinates me daily! |
Awww that is soo sweet and soo very true. I am always telling Ralphie..."How in the world did I live without you buddy?? What did I think about before you, worry about, obsess over, laugh at, love on??" etc.. I could go on all day :p:p |
I totally feel the same way. Sometimes my mom will take her to work and I come home around 12 from school excited to see her and then I remember she's not home. It makes me a little sad that I don't get to see her before I go back to work. I love having her around and like others said I don't know what I've done without her! I can't imagine having another dog as great as she is. :D |
I love Twinkle!!! I agree with everyone who's posted.Twinkle has completed our family. We all love her soooo much....and she returns it tenfold:Dxxx xxx |

Same Here We bought Bella for my daughter. I was against getting another dog for 5 years, after we Lost Frank ( our dachsund we had for 14 years). She (my daughter 18 years old) finally broke me down and now I would be totally lost without my little Bella. They are just the cutest, sweetest, most intelligent little cutepuffs ever. I want another one and soon. One is great, two has to be even better.:aimeeyork:D |
and let me warn you....you cant just have one...:D |
I am in complete agreement :D:D Yorkies are amazing. I could not imagine my life without my little girl in it :love::love::love::love: |
My sentiments exactly! I've just had my yorkie Olivia 2 weeks today; my bff Toby (schnauzer mix) left this world last month. He was 3 when I adopted him and I had him since my youngest daughter got married...he meant so much to me. I wasn't sure I wanted to have another pet right away, but I (purely by chance!) came across a classified ad for a 7 year old female yorkie "needs lots of love" the ad said - now, that could mean a LOT of things! :questione To make a long story short, I did go see Olivia and instantly fell in love with her. The seller really did want a good, loving home for Olivia. She is soooo sweet and loving, my daughters agree she is the perfect dog for me. She's napping right here beside me - worn out from following me around all morning while I was cleaning the house! LOL Only 2 weeks, and my heart has been stolen - again! :heart to |
AHHHHH - she is beautiful!!!! |
My heart is wrapped around Chip and Smokey's little paws! |
I understand your post completely. You expressed so eloquently what it feels like to love and be loved by a yorkie. |
Suzi is my first dog ever living on my own... I grew up with little poms as family pets. Then in March 3, I was approved to have A dog as a service animal due to disability. I kept looking at different breeds and always went back to the Yorkie. On the Day before Mothers Day I brought my Baby home. I could not believe how beautiful she was as a tiny pup, and istanly fell in love right on the spot, she won over my heart forever. NOw Suzi is 8 months old and is becomming more beautiful each and every day I have her, she know how I feel at times, and she knows my routine. Suzi waits for me every time i go and take a shower, goes to room, I get dressed she is there, and follows me everywhere, never far away from me. My baby, love tummy rubs, and licks my face, as to say i love you , Cathy . She sleeps on my bed near me, and she is always there . I love her so much just like she was my own little girl . I am protective of her, even if someone tries to ignore her, does not pet her, because that is what she wants, to be loved, and petted. She is not a yapper, and is so sweet and friendly. She especially love little kids. I think it is because little kids have so much energy like a little yorkie does too . It's cute to see her play with kids, they love her too. :D |
What is it about our furbabies that captures our hearts and has us trained better than they are? lol You just gotta love em'.:animal36:animal-pa:D |
So wonderful that one is not enough!!!! |
My hubby always said he wanted 5 skin kids. I gave him 2 and I said that was enough. So just to make sure he got what he wanted we have 5 furkids. I think that was an even trade. They are absolutely the greatest addition to any family. |
Yep, yorkies are priceless, they have hearts of gold:2hearts2: |
