Donating TO YorkieTalk?
 
If i donate and i dont reach the 25 dollars right away will it continue to calculate until i reach the 25 or do i need to donate the total amount all at once? And will donating member show once i have made a 25 dollar or more donation or will it show at any amount?

Donating member will show no matter how much you donate. I'm not sure about your other question.

I'm pretty sure that the information you want is in this thread: http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/sit...ions-talk.html from what I can recall, it's not cumulative, and a gift less than $20.00 does not have the words, "donating member", but just says donating and your status. You also don't get some of the other benefits, which include a larger avatar, posting in the "Yorkie Classified" Section, and being able to participate in the YorkieTalk gift exchange. So it might be better to save up until you get all the goodies.

So it doesnt add up? Why dont they do that? It would be a good idea? So we have to donate 25.00 up front or it doesnt matter what we donate before that correct?

Yes, I think that's right. I'm just saying that is what I remember, I could be wrong. You're right the amount now is $25.00; maybe they don't do it because the bookkeeping could become complex over time.

well i went thru the other thread and i saw one person ask what a Jr. Donating Member was. And Admin responded that it was someone that has not quiet reached 25.00 in donation but is given more options like being able to joing the GE. Is this still the same or has it changed. IF so why would it change if so many people are donating? Im sooo confused. But I did send a donation in as i LOVE this website and want to get involved more! :D

Mine does not say Donating Member, mine says Donating Senior Yorkie Talker and i did reach the 25.00 does that mean that I wouldn't qualify for all the goodies even though I did reach the 25.00. Now I'm confused. I just donated today.

As long as you donate 25 or more you get all the goodies. I donated Fri and got all the goodies, and mine say's the same as yours.

Senior yorkie talker refers to the number of posts you have.
