I think the problem is that they have difficulties losing their teeth and they DON'T fall out so they have to be removed. I'm gonna check my yorkie book. Also I meant to say that my vet will fix at 8 months. Why don't you just wait 2 more months? it's not that long really and since Coco is so small you don't want to have to knock her out 2 times. |
i dunno the canine teeth look really anchored in there, are these the teeth you are talking about or just the front teeht? Chicle has double canine teeth both top and bottom.. po thing... so when i get him neutered they will be pulled out. my vet told me i have to wait for the adult canine to grow out a lil more and then schedule the appt. i got a great teething toy from trixie and peanut and i think thats what did the trick with most of his teeth and his latest tooth that feel out was a molar and i managed to keep it. i would really recommend them www.trixieandpeanut.com they called puppy teethers and i have the lil neon green one and the large orange one   |
Judy: that's so funny you should mention Trixie & Peanut, I'm on my way there right now! |
Mojo started loosing his puppy teeth at 4 months, by 8 months all but the top left canine(sp??) had fallen...but by 11 months it fell by itself. My vet had told me to wait untill 1 year and he was right!!! |
