Cody is fine!!!!!!!!!!! First off I want to thank everyone who responded to my thread so quickly. I was in dire need of help and as always YTers were there in an instant:D!!! Okay, quick recap, got a call from my daughter at work that something was wrong with Cody, he was wobbly, his head was trembling, he couldnt walk, it was the scariest thing!!! I just knew my baby was a goner. He was awake and alert through it all, wanted to walk but couldnt. Tried Karo, didnt work. Well, I only had about 30 minutes before I return to work when my daughter starts screaming "Cody is about to throw up", by the time I got to him he had already vomited.... get ready for this one, salami and ham!!! My kids, 19 and 7. feel the need to share everything with Cody despite my telling them that he just cant digest some things, and as we can see, pork is one of them. Once he vomited, he composed himself and by the time I came home from work he was his usual busybody self. Thank God and thank you YTers!!!! |

Oh, I'm so glad Cody is ok, whenever I hear someone has children, I always wonder if they have given something inappropriate. It's so hard to understand that these little guys can't eat certain things, but maybe seeing for themselves what happens, they will learn not to do this any more. |
Oh that had to be so scary. I hope you kids now understand why you can't give the dog table food. \ |
Glad he is ok now. Hopefully the kids learned a lesson. |
So glad to hear that Cody is ok!!! Hopefully now your kids will see the reason why they shouldn't feed him everything!! |
That is so scary, I can't relax when people are in my home for a meal. I watch Tricksie every min. Had a Maltese and people, not just children, would sneak him food, pizza, ham bone, etc, spent lots of money keeping him alive several times. |
