question please my cousin is taking care of lexi today, i just called to see how my baby was doing... she told me gina, lexi was humping me. lexi is not even 5 months old yet.do females hump? if so, isnt she too young for this ? |
I don't think there's a magic age when they start doing this. I don't think it would hurt her at all. It might be a little annoying, but not harmful. JMO |
It's a sign of dominance and my little boy was humping at six weeks. males and females do it. If you don't want the behavior to continue i would suggest spraying her with water from a squirt bottle and saying no in a firm voice. She's trying to be the alpha in this situation. |
Yes this is normal. My litter of poms were 8 weeks old (2 male 2 female) and started humping eachother. |
LOL. I don't know if its normal. Gracie is 9 months old and I have never seen her humping! :) |
thankyou for that info...i just told my cousin. she said , she's trying to dominate me now, i said yup... just tell her no |
I'm ashamed to say this, as a momma to a princess, who's not supposed to do those things. But YES, females do hump. I caught Coco humping my roomates bear, and my bear :( My humping girl. |
Tell your cousin to just be glad she doesn't flip her over onto her back! :D That's what Muffin used to do with her stuffed doggie! Then she'd hop on top of it! |
your toooooo funny... |
My Daisy is a humper too, she started at around 13 weeks. She only likes to try to hump my arm which I do not allow but she still tries. Yesterday she tried to hump my hubby's it was so funny but he did not think so. :D |
Yep, completely normal. Embarrassing, but normal. |
Yupper I have two females. My little one Zoe who weighs just under two lbs it forever humping my other female. It's a site since she is only half the size so I guess she more rubs than humps. I figured it is a dominance things since Zoe was the first in the household and seems to think she rules the home. |
