My hubby bought him for me just 5 days after we got married... I chose that name cuz we are huge sushi-lovers and tuna is my hubby's favorite (and it's a cute name for a small dog!!)

We have three! Dixie is my yorkie. She was born April 12 and is now 5 pds. Teddy belongs to my twin daughters, he was born April 25 and is now 5pds. 5oz. and one week ago we acquired Maxie. He was born October 1, 2007. He is now six pounds. I got him thru a ad on a internet posting site. His original owners gave him up due to a marital break-up. A friend took him offering to help and hopefully give him back. That did not happen. She got him neutered and all his shots. Finally she decided she could not keep him for so many reasons nonething to do with the dog. So she put out a ad asking a rehomeing fee which we had no problem paying however after being in touch with her and talking for a couple of weeks and having her come to my home she said she did not want anything for him, but a loving eternal home. I promised her that. He is a wonderful little pure bred dog, full of love and kisses. Registration papers were never sent in but I got them and registerd my daughters as his owner. So now my twin daughters: and I each have our own yorkie. We are over the moon in love with them. They get along so well, eat, play and sleep together. It is like having the three little triplet babies. I would not trade them for all the money in the world. We are so in love with them!!! Not like having dogs at all, it is like having babies!:)

I bet your house is fun-fun-fun!:yay_jump:(I have that many kids)but,I only have one yorkie. I havent had him that long so ya never know.

you are sooooo lucky... i would LOVE to have that many.. i love having a "busy" life type of thing~ but only one for now :) definitely more in the future! i feel bad because princess only has humans to play with so i cant wait until one day when she gets a sister :):)

I have one spoiled sweet little boy :rolleyes: Can't wait to get him a brother or a sister in a future. :)

I have one boy - 2 years old in January - but would love to have more. I am getting a girl sometime later this year. It's a bit difficult now as I am moving in 3 months and have to start my career. But I already have a great breeder from whom I will get my girl.
The only problem is that my family thinks I am crazy and my dad thinks no man will marry me if I have a bunch of dogs (oh and I want a parrot as well). I am 22 and single (not worried personally), but my parents met at varsity and I have now finished varsity, so my dad thinks I will never marry. :rolleyes:
Oh well, I am still getting my girl sometime in the next year.:D

I nave my 2 beautiful girls - but sometimes it feels like 10 :D

i also have 5 dogs.. 2 are yorkies.. when my moms dogs stay here, there are 7 dogs..
so 3 yorkies ... 3 yorkipoos.. and sadie morkipooo
7 dogs can be very loud.. what is the limit?

i have 4 yorkie and 2 maltese and currently have 2 maltese puppies...and people think i am nuts when they ask me how many dogs...and i say 8...as of right now...hehe...

and i swear when i come from work before making it on the porch you would think i ahve a huge kennel operation inside my home...from all barking, crying and howling you can hear! hehe

hehe i don't think you're nuts because i am looking to add 1 or 2 more also...possible females but of course for my breeding program...but they all live in my house..

I have two precious yorkies. 1 male and 1 female.

We were really looking for a little girl, but fell in love with a little boy. Two months later, we went looking for the little girl. So we have two.

Yorkies ARE like potato chips: you can't have just one ;). If we could afford the upkeep on another, we'd do it. But we're getting older and my husband is disabled, so I guess we'll just have to be happy with our two :)

However, we have a 14 year old rescue, and my daughter (and family) are staying with us - and they have two dogs.

So there are 5 dogs total at the moment.

We have 5 dogs in our house as well, 2 beagles (one of which is a rescue), one Rat terrier, and 2 yorkies. I would have more yorkies if i didnt have the others though. I love the smaller dogs....just easier all the way around for me!:D

I have two. Katie is 16 months. Suzi 4.1/2 months.

I love them to bits.
