Help, my vet retired - Oklahoma east of Tulsa The vet we'd used for 30 years retired. I am heartbroken. And maybe because we trusted him so much, I find I am having a difficult time finding a "good yorkie vet." Tried one close to home - Oops, he wanted my female spayed, didn't know about the testing before breeding, etc. etc. etc. Ok, another a little further away. They are never available. When I needed them at 8 AM this morning - they "wouldn't be in until 11" but a tech could see me. Not good. A couple of years ago I heard about a woman in Pryor who was supposed to be an expert with Yorkies. Don't know her name. Does anyone know who she is? Or, do you know a good Yorkie vet east of Tulsa? One in Claremore who advertises everything I need or could want but it's a one man show and he also does large animals. So, I am thinking he wouldn't always be available either. Can I find the "perfect" one or do I have to settle? Thanks, Jeanne :( |
