Okay so i have a very talented person making me the cutest little surprise birthday gift for my dad who is in the military. He is getting one of the boys from my litter as he fell in LOVE with the little guy! He has named him Maverick.... Some may know this was the name from Top Gun... His nickname was also Maverick....hehehe... Anyway with all that said A good friend is making an Adorable flight suit for him!!!!! I dont want to bother her with anymore favors as she is a very busy talented lady...you should see her work it is soooo amazing! **Thanks Sonya**

Anyways to make a long story short, I wanted to see if someone could either help make a pattern or tell me where I can get one or even if someone can help me make one! I need a flight cap to go with it. As he is going to debut at the base.....:p

Below is what i need it to look like! If anyone can help or know where i can find one to fit the little furbutt please let me know! Thanks in advance!

No i was actually talking about Sonya (YT Sunnie) :D I will have to contact MitzisMom as I know she is talented as well!!! ;) Thanks!

I would go ahead and ask Sonya - she is so wonderful and that way it could be made from the same material - and she would already have it. She was so good to me, when she was just selling some extra items - and quickly added D-rings to a couple of items. Your dad is sure lucky!! Can't wait to see pictures of Maverick in his flight suit :)

I was going to ask her i just feel bad that she is taking so much time in this flight suit. She is making it look so authentic..... He will make his debut on the base in his flight suit as well...Hehehe :D Did you see the sample flight suit she made for Beamer....She made him one so i could see what it would look like...there will be a little bit of changes as mine is geared toward Air Force but it is suuuuper cute! She is Wayyyy to talented for me to compete with LOL.... I will definitely post pictures of Him in it. The only thing is its a different color for the hat then what she is making the flight suit. As the Air Force uses the blue had with the green flight suit...not sure why but oh well. Its not a big deal if i dont have a flight cap to go with it the flight suit is going to be the best in itself...


If you didnt see her sample one she made Beamer you should see it it is sooo adorable her thread is under pictures and i think she named it Attn: Baileys Mom.

OMG what an awesome idea. I have tears in my eyes. I have had so many of my son's friends, my former Eagle Scouts, and family in the military in this mess "over there" I get so choked up when I read anything about those brave souls.

What an awesome tribute. Maverick is one lucky little guy... I love that movie too...LOL

Love to see pictures.

Thanks! Yeah he was overseas almost a year and she had her litter about a month after he returned he saw this little guy when he weighed only 4.5 oz and was 3 hours old!!! Hehehe He loved him from the first moment he held him in his palm! I will definitely have pictures of him in it!
