Leash for 4???
 
Does anyone know what they call the leash that you are able to hook four dogs to one leash?? If so does anyone also know where i can find one?

you can get the couplers but i don't recommend them because depending on your dogs and if they are willing to walk side by side instead of pulling every which way..it could cause some damage..there is a thread on couplers somewhere and the damaged it had cause...

Do you know if you can hook to sets up on one i need one that can handle four puppies as they are two weeks old now but will soon be needing to go outside for the potty...LOL

i wouldn't recommend taking those puppies out since they have not had their vaccination...you just don't know what has been out there...or what disease other have bought...PARVO would be something i would be afraid off...

i have the 2 coupler that i hook up to one leash..but am now thinking about not using it anymore because each one has their own opinion on where way to go potty and one will drag the other...jmho...i would be careful...

Oh im not planning on taking them now.... I am going to wait till after vac. but wanted to be prepared when they are ready. I was really hoping to just get harnesses for each to send home with them but i wanted to get step in as it wont be hard on them as it doesnt go around the throat!

I don't recommend the couplers either. There are a few threads on yorkie talk talking about back injuries and disk injuries. If one dog pulls they are pull the other dog, it basically jerks their backs out of alignment, slips a disk possibly seriously injuring the pup. My boyfriend had one for his dogs and we had to throw it out because the chi getting jerked around.

you can order them on petedge for a lot cheaper....but you have order a minimum of $60 so you don't get charge that $7 fee or something...hehe...but shipping you will have to pay still

I was just going to buy a coupler when she posted this thread, I think you might want to think it over, if the dogs are the type that would pull each other in several directions.

You may want to check target they have the xs toy size harnesses.
They are made by AKC or you can check the AKC website store.

No problem, I really didn't think about it either. Then when I saw my BF walking his dogs it all made sense. :) If you are wanting to take them outside maybe an x pen? (then you can watch them and they can play outside) Or getting someone to help you? But I agree on waiting for the vaccinations, too much of a risk before that.
