Yay! I'm so glad to hear that things went so well! Yay! :) It wouldn't hurt to try some soft food, but you can always soften kibble like you do for little puppies if you don't have any. But, I don't think you'll need it. :) |
I'm happy too:):):):) that everything is fine:thumbup: |
Fantastic News! |

they do seem a little out of it but nothing too serious like i was imagining...so i think that is a good thing...hehe...they seem a little calmer especially MeiLing who is normally wild... well as of right now they are resting in their soft side kennel and i haven't heard a peep out of them yet...so should i be worried? This is strange especailly in MeiLing's case..she did eat the kibbles and drank the water...but she just seem so different.... maybe i am worrying myself sick...thanks! |

I did not read every post.. but hope all is ok and I also hope the vet sent home pain meds since it is the week end and if you need it.. you do not have to pay an emergency fee to get what should be given to begin with... anne |

They both have had a hard day and probably feel so good to be home without alot barking so they can sleep. Did you say that only one drank? I would wake that one up and see if you can get that one to drink. crushed ice (just alittle) usually works before you go to bed. You might want to get up once during the night and check but I think all yorkies want to sleep soon after coming home from something like this. . If they aren't more like themselves in the morning I would call the vet but I really think they will be fine. Hugs to the two of them. |

she also clean/scrap his teeth since he had some tartar build up from the double teeth...clipped their nails while they were still coming too...comb out the matts i didn't get and cleaned/trimmed up around the areas i was afraid to touch like under the armpit and folds of hind legs...she also trimmed the hair around his eyes so he could see and also so we can see his eyes.. it was really nice of her to do all of this for us and bless her heart she didn't even charge us any extra for doing it...hehe....i can now say that i have found my forever vet...I mean I have been going to her since 2003 but due to me moving around i was seeing different vets off and on because they were closer to where i live and had to make it work with my work schedule but no matter what I always find my way back to her...now that i own my home and don't plan on moving out anytime soon I decided i will just stick with her even though she is located on a different side of town...because I just don't like the way this vet right by my house practice...he seems like he is all about making money and doesn't really care about the patients as much...he is always trying to push you to by something... |
Sounds like a great vet! :) I'd keep her. :D |
