Dresses When you pick your Yorkie's dress size where do you like it to come to in length. I prefer all the way to the tail, however Bella is long and tiny boned so she ends up with highwater dresses LOL |
I like the long dresses personally but want a shorter dress for a harness and going outside. Most long dress makers have different sizes of skirts (I know I do), 8 in length, 10 inch, 12 length, 13 inch length. |

I prefer longer dresses for Kaylah. My boyfriend doesn't like her in short dresses either. He says she looks "fast" in short dresses (like she's his daughter going out on a date or something). :) |
Casual, t-shirt type dresses, I usually like shorter but not too short. Fancier, custom dresses, I like them longer. |
I like them to the tail, but not way over the tail. I also like them to be tapered up under the body (rounded) to where it is short rather than just square corners on the skirt. |
I prefer them to be on the shorter side. That way it doesn't get in the way as much if she goes outside and so the under side is less likely to be peed on. |

I like mine longer...to hit even past the tail. Course, I think the ruffled harness vests are cute too at the shorter length. With Mojo (for his harness vests), when he had long hair, I liked them longer because if they were short (like the normal vest), his hair would PUFF out and it didnt' look that nice. W/ his summer cute, I find that I really like the short vests! Okay...I'm picky:cool: |
