Very interesting. It's like a foster child waiting to be adopted and going out on visits with prospective families. Now, the time-share dog would be like a service dog -- I don't know. |
I think it's sick. I saw a special on tv about it. I would have a different opinion if it were helping homeless animals (like ARCHIE said, going to the ASPCA and taking a dog for a walk, or to the park), but the dogs I saw on tv were "designer" and purebred dogs. They actually purchased dogs to use for this business!!! I don't understand who would actually use this, EXCEPT single guys looking to get a cute dog and pick up on women! |
I guess it's like when a couple divorces or something and the dog goes with one for one week and then spends time with the other another week. Either way i feel bad for the dog, he might be confused |
no this has been around for a while now heres a website: FLEXPETZ - Flexible Pet Ownership and look whos right in the front a cute little yorkie puppy :( I don't think there's anything wrong with the shelter dogs but actually creatinga business that only rents dogs is sad... |
I don't like it.. I feel bad for the dog. Some kids don't do well going between parents and that's confusing for them and they're told what's going on and can somewhat understand. The dog doesn't have a clue. How confusing for the poor thing. :thumbdown |
Well Why not. half of the kids in the US are time shared, why not pets. My daughter insists that this is the way now days. everyone is a part time parent and they love it. BTW she is not one of them, she is a full time stay at home wife and mother, but has many friends who are part time parents. |

In my opinion, the average american youth is nothing to set a standard to....(school violence, drug use, elementary school sexual activity) Just my opinion |
