And I thought they were ready for some freedom! I got some plastic covers for the furniture just because Holly gets excited and pees on the couch once in a blue moon. I thought with the furniture protected, it would be a good time to try out letting the girls have free run of the living room, unsupervised. I had some things put away in a caddy/box on the coffee table. I knew Gracie would be good, but Holly is another issue. I worked upstairs in my home office all morning. When I came down for lunch, I found colored grooming bands all over the living room floor. My ped egg was on the floor. My nail file was chewed up, and the package of Yummies was on the floor (unopened :D). That little bugger Holly somehow got up on the coffee table, emptied the caddy of stuff and drug the bag of grooming bands all over the living room. The bag opened in the process and that is how that got scattered everywhere. Of course one of the cats thought it would be great fun to play with the grooming bands. What a mess. Word to the wise. If you think you have everything secured, think again! |
:lol tears:lol tears oh yeah they'll find a way and also find something else to get into. Everytime I see something on the floor that was put up I always know who it is...LOL It is always Mimi..but the other two always get caught chewing on it after Mimi got tired of it. |
I am trying not to laugh.. hee hee.. but they are very inventive little rascals aren't they? I am forever suprised at what they can come up with to get to the things they really want. That is one of the reasons we love our Yorkies.. their independence and ingenuity. |
what a mess .... Your kids are smart , and if there is a will there is a way ;) The cat even got into the action ... My goodness you have your hands full. |
Ah! They were just having fun, mom!:D |

And I just could not get mad at them. When I first looked at the living room, those little buggers were sitting on the couch, looking at me with those big guilty eyes...I'm such a push over |
