Night Time Last out Hi there :) , This is Sweetie's first summer, things are all new for her . I think it is funny when she comes across something new. The thing that is making my laugh lately is Sweetie's last time out before bed. There are "CRICKETS" out there! She is so into looking for crickets that she won't take the time out to pee. It really is funny watching her, there are so many out here in the county. :animal36 |
AWWW. How cute! Aren't they funny?! They are totally tracking dogs (if that's the right word I want to use). Baxter and Chloe both sniff all over the place and you should see them when the hear something (like a locust or something). |
Yorkies remind me of babies. Every new thing is such fun to watch. Glad she's having a fun summer. |
Oooh, can Sully come over then? He'd LOVE to to cricket chasing with Sweetie! |

Sweetie sounds just like Sailor...she can't pee outside at night or early morning because of all the crickets...she LOVES them and thinks they are a special treat!! I swear she eats one almost everyday...it is impossible to stop her, it is a blast for her....and she knows they are out there, so she will ask to go potty and then go find a cricket to play with!! |
My dogs love to sit and listen to the crickets also. |
And fireflies... My Kenzie LOVES to chase fire flies all over the yard. (Of course, they do have the advantage of flight. She's forever running around leaping in the air trying to catch a firefly). Hmmm...at least someone is enjoying this hot and sticky summer we're having... |
Thats so cute. I'm in NY so coco chases pigeons. I mean every pigeon she can find. The first time she saw one she stared at it for so long and looked so confused. No she chases them but she is yet to catch one and she cant figure out why. She stalks them like a cat and pounces but to no avail. |

Awwww - see the world at night is sometimes to interesting to take a potty break! :p We too live in the country, Schatze came across her first Kady Did (sp) (Huge massive ugly green bug that makes an awful screeching sound for those wondering), well she ate it! Ewwww :eek: |
