Update to YT Train From Ohio To North Carolina
 

I can definately pick up in Ohio and take down to the areas surrounding Adairville, Ky...

If there is someone that is able to pick her up and take her the rest of the way. The route we will be taking is: 71 to 65.

We will be leaving for Ky the morning of August 3rd...which is a Sunday, less than 2 weeks from now. I can take my own carrier and such if the next person wants to bring one to transfer her into.

I will be leaving early morning on Aug. 3rd. This is less than 2 weeks away. So please let me know if this is a go or not.

This is great the less people she has to trade off on to travel is best. Did the new owner of Rosie tell you a little about her? I know you are doing this on your mini vac, just wanted to let you know Rosie is not use to kids or other animals.

It's really sad, betweent us board members and me, because when I talk to the breeder about her personality, I was told she is very loving, gets along with other dogs, and is just a great little girl.

I know that I am most likely getting a dog with at least moderate fear and anxiety issues. Luckily, I have lots of experience with these types of cases.

I'm also prepared that she may be expensive due to ill health and vet needs. To me, this is appalling and sad.

I just want to get her here so that I can give her the life she deserves....

PLEASE ya'll...help get her to me!!

Do you have anymore info on others who may be able to do the second trek? I can meet them anywhere between Ohio and Ky.

I would hope that she would at least clean her up a little..unless she just doesn't care..which, in that case, that is pathetic!

Hi I do hope that your home and Family is the best place for Rosie. Yes the breeder also told me that Rosie is a loving lap baby a very sweet girl. and I went to see her so I could get pictures to share on here in hopes to find her a good home. and the breeder has also said that this little girl has never been around other people or kids and that she dont recomend her being placed with another female dog. and Im glad to hear that you are experienced with fear and anxiety issues cause im sure she will be very scared at first and wont know whats going on. so thats great that you are use to working with other dogs with these problems. I do know that Rosie needs spayed and teeth cleaning This is what The breeder has told me, but she did say shes healthy other wise, she looked to me like she is a sweet girl and does need groomed maybe shaved. I wont lie it does worry me about her being in so many different hands and cars on such a long trip, I worry that it will stress her out bad, The breeder is also worried about this. I just want the people on here that are willing to help get her to you knows that this little female is not use to other dogs, kids and has only been around the breeder all her life and has never left her home to be around other people or pets so she is going to be scared. They need to know what they are dealing with, Id hate to see one of their kids or dogs get bit. it also worrys me to learn that you have larger dogs Pitts. I dont know how this yorkie will act being around a larger dog that shes not use to, and that to worrys me. these are not my dogs, but I worry about them just the same. I just want them to go to good homes and have wonderful lifes.

I will ask that in any of the other Yorkies I help to be rehomed will not be trained unless its closer. its just to hard on these older dogs.

I didnt check Rosie out to close, she was scared of me when I reached for her. she did look clean to me from what I saw but did need groomed.

I dont know if ScootieBootie has got the train from start to finsh done yet. from what ive been reading theres still the last stretch of the train needed.

It looks like this will not be a go. I have not been able to coordinate this to work, and then last week I wound up in the ER and am having tests done, so I can not drive far myself at all right now...

I'm disappointed, but it just didn't work out. I will call the breeder tomorrow.

Awww Hum Im sorry it didnt work out for you, and sorry to hear you was at the ER I hope your feeling better.

The breeder has already placed both of these girls in new homes, they are going together. They was mother and daughter and they really loved each other, so atleast they got to stay together. I got to see them both again and they was running and playing like two puppies. The breeder had them all groomed and they was so cute.
Im sure when the times right for you you will get another chance to get you another one. There are so many in this world needing homes. Take care.
