Belly Bands :confused:Well, I got Lucky a belly band. My problem is he can take it off in like 30 seconds. It has the wide velcro on it and he just bends around and pulls until he gets it off. Is there anything that I should know about using these. I know alot of you do use them. He hates anything on him. If I put any type of clothes on him he won't stop until he gets them off. Any advice would be appreciated. |
I can make you some with buckles or D rings instead of velcro if you think he can't get them off. |

The D rings I was thinking of are where you have two D rings and you put the strap through both and then over one and back through the other. Like those belts that they used to have. Do you know what I mean? I hope it works for him. Here is an example of a D ring closure on a belt. Attachment 231543 |
Did you try the go fetch b bands? Romeo can't houdini out of these. |
lol..... well, I fixed it. I had a harness that was to little so I gut the ends off and sewed them on the belly band. They are the ends that hook into each other then you sqeeze to unlock it. It works but he is one mad puppy. he is going aroound and around trying to get it off. Thanks for the help!!!!! |
what kind of velcro is on it? Maybe he needs a extra strength velcro! |
