Cross your fingers... I'm about to sneak my baby in to a local hang-out! If he's quiet no one will ever notice. Anyone else ever done that? Naw....not you nice people! I bet ya'll are just like me...will do anything for your babies. I just can't bare to leave him at home tonight. |

I snuck Zoeybear into a restaurant patio in her carrier! Everything was fine until our tri-tip beef sandwiches arrived and then Zoeybear went ape! The waitress said she was cute, and we tried to eat fast while funneling bits of tri-tip into her bag! |

The other day we snuck Sophie into a mexican place, the thing is the employeese actually saw her and didnt say anything. I've also snuck her into place where no dogs allowed but i did in real quick and went in and out lol and kept my hand in the carrier to keep petting her head so she wouldn't pop it out the bag. London stays inside carriers longer tho and i feel more confident with her, Sophie will bark if she sees another dog or bird |
I sneak my Essie in the apartment everyday! I am in a building that dont allow dogs:eek: but the one behind us does:thumbdown (all the same complex) But we are only here for another month or two so untill our house is finished we sneak her in and out daily in her carrier:aimeeyork:D. lol |
I'd do better at a show or something that was dark and not so noticable. Mine likes to pop her head out of the bag and look around. She sure wouldn't like it if we were eating and she wasn't getting any of it. Its easier the smaller they are.....ha ha Give us details when you get back. |
I snuck my baby to my work last Friday because I just didn't want to leave her at home. I took food, a water bottle, her favorite blankie, toys and of course, treats. Other than my friend, no one knew I had her (she's such a good baby). BTW, I work for a medical office...tehe!! |
Lol, raises hand here:angel: I confess, I've snuck Maggy May into pplaces with me, she was a very good girl and we never got caught (so far.) But I bet we won't be as lucky anymore, as she's grown, she's REALLLLLY come to love all people so I just know she's wanna pop out of her bag and say hello and deliver kisses to everyone, lol. Hope you and your furbaby didn't get busted, ;) |

Sneak in update! Well, here's how it went. Bernie and I left work yesterday around 5. I got my pocketbook carrier out of the trunk, loaded it up with Yogurt drops and toys to keep him happy...clipped him in the purse and zipped him up so he couldn't stick his head out, off we went into the front door of the restaurant/bar. At first, not a soul even realized that I had an animal carrier with me. I had the straps over my shoulder and him under my arm while I was standing at the bar ordering a drink. I saw people that I hadn't seen in awhile...so naturally they came up to hug me, cause that's what we do here in the south we hug everybody. That's when the secret came out. Bernie was really quiet until about this point. After about the third person hugged me he got a little tired of all the touchy feely stuff and growled. Then it was.."OMG how cute...on and on from everybody. Busted! So, I got my drink and went outside to the deck that sits over the river. Bernie was definitely a hit, even if we did have to retreat to the back deck, at least we didn't have to leave. I'll do it again. |
Sounds like it worked out ok. You were happy because you had Bernie and Bernie was happy because he was with you.:D |
Ahhh Everybody loves a Yorkie:aimeeyork It helps that our dogs are the most precious , cutiest, and gorgeous , out of any other breed:D They are irresistable. I want to take Suzi with me everywhere I go, But, i do not want the questions, so still chicken. :aimeeyork |
That wasn't too bad. He will get better as he becomes more accustomed to it. I had a patron in my restaurant that had a small Yorkie. They brought him in every time they came. It was not fast food so they were in there for a period of time....appetizers, soup/salad, entree' and desert . He never made a peep and nobody knew he was there. Very quiet and well behaved. She takes him everywhere with her. I didn't have a problem with it at all. I am glad there was the outside alternative for you although I imagine it was hot out there? What restaurant were you at? What river? Trying to imagine where you were, ya know! It's probably too new for me to be familiar with, huh? |
