New family member Q Ok so tomorrow I will be going to bring our Jake a sister or a brother. And my question is the girl pup is not spayed. We don't want to breed them, for at least a long while. We don't really favor spaying or neutering. How hard will it be to prevent pregnancy? Am I kidding myself? |
... Congrats on the new baby and YES you are kidding yourself .... :D I think it will be extremly hard to prevent them from doing so ...... |
Really?? Aaaw. I want her so bad.. she will be a perfect sister for Jake.. how soon would we need to spay her after she comes home? That would probably depend on her cycle hmm.. |

I want a BOY too and when we get him ..... he is the one that will be fixed ..... see mine is a small Yorkie and I am worried something will happen ...... but I can tell you there is no way you could prevent it ..... my girl HUMPS every stuffed animal found on the floor ..... :D |
 hahaha. Jake only humps his favorite toy, lol. He's a small yorkie too like she is, but Im afraid he will hump her too :( this is so heartwrenching!!! |
Well why don't you do some research here on YT .... about Males and Females ..... and see what you can find out from YT'ers on here that have both ...... maybe this will help ..... I know I am not cause as of right know I only have one ..... :D I am happy for you and hope you will Post a few pic's of the new addition and the big brother ..... |
:D you would have to keep them separated, like in crates or even different rooms! Precious' last pregnancy was not planned. Tigger got ahold of her while her diaper was still on:D:D We thought about putting the diaper on him, but they locked up when I went to get my daughter from school. We got home & there they we're diaper on and all lol lol lol |
