NY Yorkie Meet-Up I think we really plan a Yorkie meet-up. There are a lot of Brooklyn, Manhattan and Staten Island girls (and even NJ or anyone else in driving distance). But I don't want to meet in Manhattan because parking is SO crazy and hard to find. Does anyone have any suggestions for a nice park in maybe Brooklyn or Staten Island? I'm going to search google right now for a few. Brooklyn has Dyker Park and Marine Park. But are there any others? |
Bay 8th st Park is nice too...There is also the "dog park" on 86th st and 10th avenue (by the golf course and Nathans)...Brooklyn Heights by the promonade is awesome too... |

To be honest I have only taken Maximus to gateway Park...which as the beach....grass and a childresn palyground....and a park on Victory Blvd...that I can't think of the name which is shaped almost like a ovel and has a pond in the middle and the ducks are there plu there is a carpusel...but Maximus chases the poopr ducks and they finally figured out that they outnumber him and came chasing him back this weekend :)..lol but I would never let him go leashless but there is alot of grass??? |
