Poor Tino
 
I have just split from my bf who tino saw as he`s daddy on thursday, it was a bad split and there was a lot of shouting and things been thrown around on both sides, Its has upset tino a lot, he still will not come out from behind the sofa and i`m not haing to but his food and a pee mat behind there, he`s been sick quite a bit, well we both have, i don`t know what to do with him, should i call out my vet or take him to see her? last time this happened i took my bf back and Tino never took to him again, this time theres not going back but now worried about my Baby boy xxx

he can sense your energy... if he is upset, it is because you are.. try to be calm and project good calm happy energy.. he will be ok when you are ok.. time will heal..:)

this is so true !! Try to do the normal things you usually do - he'll come out on his own....

when my husband died my poor girls went thru alot with me and I feel so bad thinking about how scared they must have been with me hysterical, crying and a basket case for months...there's alot I've blocked out ....but I know I put them thru the wringer...:(

The turnaround was one night ...I must have been crying in my sleep cause I woke myself up and found my Chanel huddled up into a little ball ALL ALONE in the front foyer @ 3am :(:(:(...It broke my heart seeing her like that ....made me feel horrible for what they must have been feeling and I felt so selfish I couldn't control my emotions - I held her for hours that night..... and Cheri too...then vowed to get myself together for their sake.....

They really do sense our feelings and the best thing you can do for your little guy is try to do normal things....get him to play if you can and try to be just like you were before the breakup. Easy to say - hard to do I know - but it will work if you can do it.

I'm sorry you're going thru this....

sorry - didnt mean to post all that - but I still feel guilty....

With your Tino - it may take a few days but as long as he feels safe and secure with you - he'll be ok !! He just needs his mom to be the way she was

Thank you for your message, i hope he gets out of this really soon and i guess me crying all the time is not making things any better but its hard xx

you're welcome - I shouldn't have posted that....

you're going thru alot and a breakup is really hard on everyone - people tend to forget their pets feelings during bad times - so by YOU posting this and asking for help - you're showing how much you love him....he's a lucky boy and good luck - I hope each day it gets a little easier for you -

It's so sad when things go wrong but Vi is right try and stay positive and show Tino how umch you love and need him right now and things will work out for you, he is probably picking up on your anxiety and the fact you are now worried about him being upset is unsettling him, Hope everything works out stay strong.:aimeeyork

Tino has now come out from behind the sofa but soon as someone knocks on the door or there is shouting on the tv he runs back behind there. He has started sleeping in my bed with me in my arms but he is now being sick all the time and had a bad tummy. I do not know what else to do now. I know me crying and being sick myself is not helping him but i am trying just for him xx
