Hey Ya'll,

Well, I really should be sleeping, but I can't. I am up thinking. I realized I've bought everything you can think of including her food already. She has 4 beds (yeah, I know a little extreme). I have toys, carriers, auto feeders, clothes, blankets, pens (yup...plural...lol), shampoo products(I practically bought all of happy tails out), nutracal, toothpaste, flea/tick treatment, brushes, bows, socks, clippers, nail drill,car seat, tags (yup about 7), leash, collars and I am working on the onesies...lol.

I have 2 things left that my husband asked me to wait on...LOL. I have been getting little by little ever since February when we knew we were getting her.

Now that the time is almost here, I can't control myself. I even have a God Mommy, who keeps her picture at work. My mom is excited and wants to puppy sit (she lives 3.5 hrs away..lol). I even have a sitter for her for when we go to a wedding this summer. I've been interviewing vets...and even went ahead and got her spay certificate that is to be used with in the next 6 months. If I am like this with her, goodness knows what the future will bring...LOL. Kikyo, I need you to hurry up and get here!!!

I thought I was getting too much when I was getting ready for my babies... but I don't even come close. LOL :) :) :) It is easy to see that your baby is coming into a fantastic home where she will be well loved and very spoiled... just like she should be.

Wylie's Mom: I don't think she will be. I'm trying not to get anymore stuff...but it is an addiction now. How do you end the purchasing addiction without going bankrupt? LOL

GrandmaToAll: Awe, thank ya'. Gosh...I must be really bad then...LOL. I will have to go to Yorkie Rehab after she gets here. First step is admitting I have an addiction.

On top of all that...I have the nerve to be up still at 10:53 a.m. after taking my husband to the airport at 4 a.m. and then donating furniture at 8:30 a.m. I am all up on ebay. All my husband asked is that I don't take his truck to IKEA while he is gone...I smiled...but I might have to make a trip there. They have a cute animal travel kit with bed and bowls. The bag turns into a bed...lol. I think it's like $24 or something...hmmmmm

ALL I can say is: WELCOME to your new addiction. You are in GOOD and familiar company, LOL. :D

It has the heart beat recorded and one of those heating pad thingies. The best price w/shipping I found on that site above. Now if I could just find a babble ball locally...hmmmm...

I love it! Not only are you extremely prepared.. you have a fantastic sense of humor. The next 13 days should fly right by for you.. and then you will have your little princess in your arms at last. Hopefully the camera will be right there, also. We would love pictures.

Congratulations! What day are you bringing her home on? Kikyo is such a cute name, Did you get it from the Anime InuYasha by any chance? We are BIG InuYasha fans at my house, he is our screen saver on the computer and we have all 4 movies and up to box set 4 in the anime series. Any way it is good that you will be Very prepared when you bring her home!!

Good job for being very, very prepared for your new Yorkie pup! I really was not :eek: Heck truth be told , I got her from the breeder, AND then went straight to Petsmart with her in tow... :aimeeyork What have you decided to feed her/him? Are you waiting untill the pup is 12 weeks? :aimeeyork I have had Suzi for nearly 2 months now, and she has TOYS, TOYS , TOYS! AND everything else :D I did buy her first outfit too, she looks so cute! :D

You are now my YT Buddy for life...LOL! I just wrote what the name means etc. on a thread someone started about if your Yorkie is named after a character, person or has a special meaning. Here name as 2 meanings. One is Japanese and the other is Chinese and then I love the character so it was perfect. After learning the meanings, it made sense why the character is the way she is on InuYasha.:eek:

Thank you. I appreciate the pat on the back. My husband thought I was nuts. He was like if you are like this now, when we have kids...oh boy! Yes, we actually decided on Wellness. My husband's degrees are in environmental science. So we but them to use for us...LOL. I had him reading every food possible and comparing and reviews and giving his outlook. We decided on Wellness for 2 reasons. 1. Ingredients and amount of protein 2. Price point; we will also do some home cooking when she is a little older once a week or so. Most likely on Sunday's because that is our special day for big meals. Yes, she will be 12 weeks. Kirista prefers 15 weeks, but to due to some special circumstances she allowed us to get her earlier. Also, she stated if she didn't feel it she would be ok to fly, she would keep her longer...period. So you know I was hoping it would be ok.:hands::hands::hands: To prepare her for travel she has been feeding her a special puppy formula to make her store more fat, thus making our furbaby "chunky"...LOL. No really, the fatty deposits will help her not to have some of the reactions other furbabies have when flying.

So there is what you asked and then some...LOL.

What day does she come to her forever home?
