umm... this is strange...
 
its been two weeks since the girls got spayed.. and since their surgery, my husband and I have noticed something weird

Jaya's back has decreased by like an inch, while the length of her tail has increased by an inch. Her tail was only two digits before... now its three... and all of her clothes are way too big on her now -- in lengthwise, while she fits perfectly into her puppy clothes! How could she have lost inches?

How is this even possible........ has anyone else experienced this? Like what is going on.... its the strangest thing ever!!

She's probably lost a little weight, and the clothes seem longer. Joey lost some weight after going on a doctor prescribed diet, and his shirts are longer on him. That's the best guess I can come up with anyway.

Totally lost there. I don't know if their tails keep growing, do they? Or maybe stretch, like someone who's been doing yoga, the backbone can actually stretch at little. Has she been barking any mantras? :D

Okay, bear with me on this----

When a man loses 10 pounds, he gains an inch of length on his penis from the fat that is lost around the shaft.

Perhaps that is applies to the yorkie tail?

My husband recently lost 10lbs.........I don't notice a "difference" :confused::rolleyes: LOL

My husband has severe back problems and the doctor recommended him to loose at least 15 to 20 lbs...:yelrotflm

If Dr Oz says so-- it must be true!

I've actually heard it sighted by several Docs, but maybe it's some evil fib to get middle aged men into shape.:p

What you are saying could apply to the tail. Lets say she had a little fat on her butt, this would keep you from being able to measure close to the butt bone, so when she looses the fat you get closer to the butt bone when measuring. I don't know if these things get bigger or "appear" bigger, my guess is that they appear bigger. Hope you little girls are doing well after their spaying.

you guys are hilarious!! And I think you all might be right cuz she's lost all the meat off of her butt - i just went and checked!!!


Nancy -- the girls are doing wonderfully :) Thank you for asking. There's been a few changes (jaya is verrrry jealous... anytime jenna comes near me, jaya goes n beats her up lol) ..but nothing to worry about :)
