She is in good capable hands..You did everything you could do and she is getting help and TONS of prayers...We are praying now...Please be ok....

I have dropped meds on the floor before too. I know how fast our babies run to gobble what they think are treats on the floor. It's not your fault. Praise God you got her to the vet right away. Stay busy, doing something that can take your mind off of it. Clean your cabinets, clean out a closet, something to keep your mind and your hands busy.

You have so many people praying for you and little Maya. All you can do is stay busy so you don't have time to worry.

Deep breath. The vets should be able to get most of the drug out of her because of your quick response. Counteractive measures and a little time for the already digested drug to go through her system. She should be fine, getting yourself sick over it is not helping you or Maya. Have faith we are all behind you on this one:ghug:

OH NO! Im soooooo very sorry to hear this. My prayers are with Maya right now! She is a strong little girl. Im sure sure sure she'll pull through this. Please keep your hope and faith in her while she fights through this. She needs you to be strong for her. (((HUGS))) to you!

You have MY PRAYERS !!!! Things like this can happen in a heartbeat and I'm hopeing little Maya pulls thru this - it sounds like you acted quickly and I hope she makes it I really do !!!

It could have happened to any of us, so please don't blame yourself. Focus on the good...she's in excellent hands, she's very loved, you acted quickly.

We're here for you. How often are you checking with them? I remember when Gizmo was neutered I just waited for them to call because I didn't want to bug them, only to find out they had been waiting for me to call.

Sending prayers for Maya, but why didn't they giver her something to make her vomit up the remaining meds to keep them from getting into her system. That is what is usually done here, unless the substance is caustic.

Don't blame yourself,accidents happen. Maya we will be sending prayers and well wishes to you all!!! They're doing all that 's possible for her. The fluids and meds will help detox her kidneys and liver. Make sure they are offering to clean her blood (dyalisis) that makes a world of difference!! Keep us posted.:(

i agree its no ones fault there are pleanty of times we drop things and its a race between me and 4 dogs as to who gets it or finds it first. its an accident and all we can do is prey that she will be ok. sometimes yorkies are tougher then they look. if you want to you can pm me and we can talk:) i will ck for up dates:animal-pa

So very sorry about Maya's accident, and that is exactly what it was, an accident. We do our best to keep them safe and they know this. I just know she will pull through and be bouncing at your feet again soon. Lots of prayers and hugs.
