Quick Question. Okay so my friend Shannon has decided to get herself and her daughter a Yorkie from one of her friends. I told her that even though this lady is her friend she should still question her and things like that. Well she's had her new baby for about three weeks now and her friend is saying that she wants the puppy back because someone else wants the puppy and will pay more then what my friend Shannon paid for the puppy. My friend is devastated because she fell in love with this little baby so quickly and so did her daughter. What she's asking me is that since the puppy is already registered into her name could this lady take the puppy back? I told her I wasn't sure because we don't have that problem with our babies so I told her I would ask on here and get back to her asap. |
She should tell her tough luck and not give the puppy back. She is not under any obligation to give it back. It was sold to her first |
No Way!!!! :thumbdown :mad:TOO BAD!!! That girl has no right to ask for that dog back..obviously she cares more about the money than her friends feelings. |
I honestly don't even think this lady is a real friend at all. I've only met her a couple of times and I really dislike her. She's really rude. |

I second that! |
The Breeder could never legally get the dog back to re-sell. The lady who has it can keep it. The breeder would have to sue her. I doubt a judge would return the puppy especially since it is already registered. Sounds like a done deal to me. |

Your friend should stand strong and not give that puppy back. It is HER dog now. Unbelievable... |
Thanks for all your help everyone. I'm going to tell her that she should tell the breeder to just deal and tell the other buyer to wait for the next litter. |
With friends like that, she doesn't need any enemies!!:eek: I'd keep the pup and run from her!! |

How true! |
Your friend needs to tell this person NO F***** WAY! It is her pup now, and under NO circumstances does she need to feel obligated to return her Pup. :aimeeyork |
Since your friend paid for the Pup, tell that Lady to take a flying Leap :tongue4: |
I can't even Imagine how that converstion went..I want the puppy back now because someone else wants it and will pay more money. Who does that? I mean not just with an animal with anything. Wow..your friend needs to cut ties immediatly..a person with that kind of nerve need not be trusted.. |
How horrible! There is NO WAY she should give the dog back NOR is there any reason why someone would ask for it back!! That is just horrible!! |
