Another Teething Question - is this normal? In the last few days Trixie has lost almost all of her small teeth. When are the 'adult teeth' coming in? Right now it seems like there are no new teeth coming in... Do I have to change her kibble as well??? (add water???) |
I haven't changed Macy's food at all, she is still eatting her kibbles. Most of her front teeth are gone as well, you can see where the new ones are starting to come in. It has to hurt that is why I thought you had to keep out the kibbles because it is good for their teeth? |
I was wondering the same thing Princess is almost 5months old and I just brushed her teeth and noticed that in the last 2days she has lost almost all of her front teeth she looks funny... How long will it take for them to come back in with the adult teeth? But she is still doing ok eating her kibble so I wouldnt change it unless she just isnt eating then maybe add a little water to it. |
I am having the opposite problem. It seems chloe hasnt lost hardly any of her baby teeth and her adult teeth are coming in. She has too many. Is your dog having problems eating? How old is your dog? |
I also had the opposite problem with Sebastian. He had to many teeth and I had to have them pulled when I had his chip put in. Sweet Pea just turned 5 months and I haven't noticed any of her teeth gone yet. |
I don't think she has problems eating. But it has got to hurt on the sore gums (she is not letting me touch her mouth right now). She is drinking lots of water though, and I give her ice cubes. Trixie is 4,5 months. It just looks funny to see her without her little front teeth. |
Macy is almost 5 months old (19 weeks). It is amazing how long those little teeth can stay attached hanging on by a thread! Other than vomiting Saturday night she has been really good. |
