Do I officially have the longest yorkie to date? lol i was going thru the 6-7-8lb thread where people listed the length (nape of neck to where the tail begins) and Bindi is longer than all of them at 12inches. I just measured her today too!! shes around 5-5.5lbs :-/ is she a lil hot dog?

HA! My Candy is a footlong hot dog! She only weighs 4 lbs. and is 12" long! :eek: She is my little empty paper towel roll! :)

I'm sooo glad you posted this! I was beginning to wonder about Willow. At 4.6 lbs. she too is 12" long. She actually looks kinda silly in a dress as her skinny little butt hangs out! :D

Emma has a long skinny body too-she weighs a little more at 6.2 lbs, but she's at least 12" long and pretty skinny :)

LOL---paper roll. That's a good description. Kind of always thought that's the way my Chipper looks. He's only 9.5 inches long but he has such long legs and weighs only 4.5 lbs. I put a sweater on his and he looks like I am starving him. A gate with rails doesn't contain him. He slips through them with great ease. Need the solid cloth ones. As we have found out on YT, Yorkies come in all shapes and sizes but they are all equally loveable and cute.:D:D:D

Bindi was spayed on monday so shes been wearing onesies and boy does she look skinny though shes no slouch in eating. glad im not alone!!!

Both of my girls are 12" nape to tail:laugh: Izzy is about 8lbs and Luna is just under 4 lbs. They sure do come in all different shapes and sizes:D

oh were we including tail??? lol i never did on skoshi because it was for clothes!
hahaha so i guess he was longer if you include tail. but i cant measure him now.

I haven't measured but Baby Chloe looks long to me. I told the groomer I want to get a bit of a skirt going on her. I think it will help to round her out a bit. Unfortunately, the vet tech got crazy with the clippers and shaved her entire underside for her spay. It is all even now and Im going to let it get down to her knees.

omg mine too!! her hair was growing beautifully!! but her belly is all shaved now bc of her spay so i have to start over :-/ oh well

I just went to measure Slade- he's a yorkie/poodle mix

He's 15 inches long
His legs are 10 inches long
and his waist is only 9 inches!

He weighs 6.25 lbs.

We just measured our BoBo Diddle...

He is 15 inches long.
17.5 inches around his ribcage
14 inches around (behind his ribcage)
His front legs are about 8 inches long.

He weighs 14.4 lbs.

We have a beautiful, big baby.

Misty is 13 inches long, 7 inch legs! She weighs 5#9oz and is five months old. When I bathe her, she looks like a long tube! Ha! She will be around 10#, I believe!
