Yorkillion???? Apparently it is a mix of a yorkie/papillon, I saw an add for them today in my local paper and had to really sit and think of what a yorkillion could be! After googling it I came up w/one picture. Has anyone ever seen one in person? Just curious since the name struck me strange! |
I've never heard of that mix. The picture you saw, did the dog look more like a Yorkie or a Papillon?:icon5: |
There actually was no picture just a newpaper add in the animals for sale section. |

:scratchhe I am sorry, I know there are some here that breed these kind of dogs...but do you remember a time when these dogs were referred to as mutts and you laughed if anyone even thought about selling them...they were always free because they were mixed breeds..aka mutts? :idontknow hell..maybe its just me..but I still don't understand. |
A local dog breeder sells Labradoodles for $1500.00. They are just mutts to me. Designer dogs are the fashion now I guess! You can go to a shelter anywhere and find a designer dog. Why pay $1500.00 for one! |

Wow. That dog looks TOTALLY different than this one that is said to be a Yorkillion: http://i106.photobucket.com/albums/m...1/DSC00048.jpg Now I surely don't know what it looks like. I have confused myself. :p |
*gag* As much as I love my two rescued yorkie mixes, I HATE to see the yorkie mixes puppies that are being produced! The "yorkillions" remind me alot of "chorkies" (chi/yorkie mix). Why mix the breeds? IMO both a pure yorkie and pure papillion is much cuter than that mix!!! |
I think a cuter name for the mix is a Papkie!! :D |
