Sterilized Bones...Cleanliness??? I need some suggestions on cleaning sterilized dog bones. My pup loves them and he enjoys pushing them around on my hardwood floor but I don't know how I should clean them since it isn't a toy. Anyone else have these bones for their pups? How do you get the grime off? :animal-pa:animal-pa:animal-pa |
Once in awhile I run them threw the dishwasher. Especially the one I stuff with cheese or peanut butter. Other than that they aren't dirty in anyway. |

Really? It's ok to put them through the dishwasher? Do you use soap or just let the hot water clean them? Thank you for your response.:) |

I have run it threw with my dishes. It rinses on the rinse cycle so there is no soap on it. I have been doing this for 3yrs so it's ok. I don't do it often just once in awhile. ALways check for the condition of the bone. Make sure nothing is splintered or cracked. Plus, I have rinsed them under hot water in the sink and let they dry standing up on the sink rack. |
