OK I am keeping the name a secret...not that it is so spectacular or anything, it's just that when I get her I want to make that the first post with her new name. But the when is July 20.

I now have someone that is going through the same emotional upheaval that I am. I will be bringing my new little girl home the day after you bring yours home. I am a crafty person so I have made a seat cover that goes over the back seat with bones and hearts on it that have all four of my stinkers names on them. that is including my new girl. She has tons of dresses and bows. A blanket I will be making her a bed soon plus she is getting a ball bed from a really good friend of mine. I know that you are just as excted as I am.

Awwwww, congratulations. I find it more fun to shop for my furbabies than for myself.:D

oh my, I must have missed that you were getting a new baby. Congrats - I know you were so sad to let Mika go, but I thought you had too many travels to get a new baby. Glad you got everything figured out!

Have you checked out the YT vendors for quality bows? Sometimes I read of someone who has a rough time keeping bows in their furbaby's top knot and their solution is buying off of a YT member who understands the problem.:D

Aw cute girly stuff

Divine intervention.....here's the story. I have a dear friend who is a vet, but we had drifted apart...no real reason other than she became the mother of two (skin babies, has 6 fur babies), and she was always busy doing the family thing. So we drifted back together and I told her of my NEED to have a yorkie and she said when I travel she will keep her as she used to do my others. I won't by any means take another trip as long as this one coming up, but I had no idea that things would go as they have when I booked this trip.

So with my baby in capable family hands in the future, I can have it all, my yorkie and my travels. But when I travel here in the US, she is going with me

And here is an update on Miss Mika: From daughter's email

. Mika is too funny. She seems more comfortable now. She doesn't bark at Theresa every time she enters the door and she doesn't bark every time she wakes up at night. She just sleeps until I'm up. She is more on my schedule now too, except for my days off! She wakes up usually around 7:00 now for her potty break. She seems to love it in "Her room" which used to be my room cause she is always ready to go back in there even if she has the rest of the house.
She is also sleeping on her bed now but I had to move it next to my bed cause she doesn't want to sleep too far from me but I guess I move too much for her so she sleeps happily all night in her spot. This morning she didn't even want to wake up or leave her bed. I was trying to get her to go outside but she just wanted to stay curled up in her bed. I'm so much happier now that she is here. We are doing really well. I'm taking good care of the baby and still working of finding her a new vet and a groomer. We miss you!!!!

a good breeder this time...It's a 6 hour drive, but I am sure it will be worth it.
