Two happily ending stories about my girls The vet found a tumor on Daisy's spleen a few days ago. We thought we were going to lose her, but I took her in for surgery last monday and she seems to be recovering rather well. Still waiting for the results of the biopsy. and little Rory had 4 of her deciduous teeth pulled yesterday and vomited all night and all morning, but now the discomfort has decreased significantly and shes eating again and keeping the food down. I was really worried taking her in to have her under anesthesia but they just did a gas anesthesia and some pain medicine and said she woke up great from it. Butterfield Animal Hospital |
I'm very happy your girls are doing good! I hope the tumor is nothing, please keep us updated. |
I'm glad your girls are doing better. I'll say a prayer for Daisy. (hug) |
Boy, you've been through some rough times with your babies. Glad both are on the mend. Prayers that the tumor will be nothing to worry about. |
:big_hug: |
Geez, you must have been so worried about them. I'm glad they're okay and will say a prayer for Daisy. |
Love happy stories ! May they be back upnd about and feel like themselves son ! |
Glad all is ok with your babies. |
Update Thank you to all of you for your kind words! Just a quick update: still haven't recieved the results of the biopsy but Daisy seems to be continuing to do great! |
Another Update: The vet called this morning with the results of the biopsy. He said it was a 9lb! benign hemangioma on the spleen. There was no cancer detected anywhere else! So happy! :) Daisy is almost as spry as she was when she was a puppy again! |
Wow, 9lbs. I'm so glad it was benign and that Daisy is feeling better. :) |
